One of the cleaner hotels. You can smell the bleach pretty heavily upon initial entry to the room. Probably the only negative. I recommend checking into this hotel at precisely 2pm, because you’ll have to wait until then jo matter what. I’d use this hotel again for sure.

Very good for what it is, it is not a 5 star hotel or anything. The room itself looks very modern but we had a lot of little bugs on our desk. Didn’t bother me too much as long as it wasn’t near the bed. But other than that, theres not much else.

Dejligt hotel

Vi nød virkelig vores ophold på the Luxe hotel, og det levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger! Udsigten og værelset var præcis som på billederne. Personalet var super søde, hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Det eneste lillebitte minus var at vi selv måtte henvende os i receptionen for at få mere toiletpapir, men ellers var det helt fantastisk.

아주 좋습니다.

중고생 2명이 있는 가족여행의 숙소였습니다. 3개의 침실과, 2개의 화장실이 있는 패밀리 룸입니다. 룸상태 아주 좋고 깨끗합니다. 주방에도 깨끗한 식기와 전자렌지가 있어 간단한 요리 가능합니다. 조식은 그럭저럭입니다. 코로나 19로 여행객이 줄어 쌀국수, 빵들만 있었습니다. 다른 날에는 몇가지 더 있는거 같습니다. 좀 아쉬운 점은 주위에 신축하는 건물들이 많아 시끄럽습니다. 엘리베이터 바로 앞에 있는 방이라 문 열릴때 띵동하는 소리가 초인종 소리인줄 알고 헛갈렸습니다. 주위에 간단히 맥주를 살수 있는 현지 마트가 있습니다. (구멍가게) 빅씨 마트까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다. (10분내 거리) 전반적으로 만족한 숙소 였습니다.

Great stay but disappointing parking.

There was an issue with clenliness when we first checked in but this was resolved quicly by the hotel staff. The only thing that left me quite annoyed was the parking issue at the hotel, we were constantly told to park across the road when there clearly was parking beneath the hotel. On many occasions we told staff that because we had young children it was too dangouros to cross the busy roads, this request was ignored until a fomal complaint was made to hotel management. Honestly i really like staying at this hotel ( i have stayed here many times before) but this experience has left me thinking twice about rebooking this hotel.

Shower water pressure and temperature were great. I do wish they had air conditioning- you can open the windows but it lets in mosquitoes and sometimes is really windy so windows slam.

Stayed at the Luxe two nights. The hotel is very simple. The only good thing is that it is clean. The front desk was not very welcoming or helpful, the shower didn’t have hot or even warm water which was frustrating after doing a day tour to come back and have to take a cold shower, the buffet breakfast was also not very good - it was almost like the food was leftover from the day before. On the second morning I just opted for eggs and bread and the bread was completely stale we ended up just going elsewhere to eat

리셉션 직원 여자 분 중 한분은 친절하고 한분은 불친절 했어요. 랑비앙 산 버스타고 어떻게 가냐고 물었더니 잘 모르는지 알려줄 방법도 찾지않고 택시타고 가라고 하네요. 그럴거면 내가 그냥 그랩 불렀지 뭘 물어봤겠어요. 객실은 괜찮은데 비오는날은 냄새가 좀 났고. 시내와는 거리가 좀 있는 편이에요. 대신 버스터미널과 케이블카 타는 곳은 걸어갈 수 있어요.

Got relocated as the hotel fully booked

Actually i can only rate the service from staff as i didn’t stay in this hotel. The staff at the hotel contacted me at night before i arrived at Da lat that we can not stay as the hotel is fully booked out. Hotel.com should work closer or update the system to reflect the availability of the room. It not like hotel contacted the customer on the night before they arrived to say that we are fully booked and we need to relocated you to another hotel. The hotel they relocated us have only 2 bedrooms (we booked 3 bed rooms and pay for 3 bed room) I am happy with staff at the hotel try to help us but not happy with condition of the room in the hotel they relocated us and not happy with such a short notice to let us know. I am not happy with breakfast as i need to take taxi to have breakfast at the luxe as the hotel they relocated us doesn’t have breakfast (the luxe pay for taxi through but it not convenience as we have to travel 6 km for breakfast). I am also not happy as they do not compliment us anythings if we do not ask for it. We have to ask for one breakfast meal (we wouldn’t get anythings if we do not ask for it. Anyway the booking system need to be improve. The hotel need to be more sincere with client (at least let is know you are fully booked a week or a few day before we arrive, not like let us know on the night before)

不太好的住宿經驗，飯店人員的訓練有待加強

訂了兩房（兩張大床）兩晚，櫃檯卻堅持只收到一房一晚的訂單，不知是Hotels.com的問題還是飯店的問題。退房當天早餐時間，飯店主管通知我們可以幫忙預定往機場的計程車，還確保一定比自己叫車便宜，事實上我們搭完後發現根本沒有。

Yêu the Luxe

Mình là người yêu cầu cao về sự sạch sẽ. Khách sạn không cần phải to hay nhiều dịch vụ vui chơi giải trí. Mà thiết yếu là phải sạch sẽ thì ở mới cảm thấy thoải mái. The Luxe đã đáp ứng yêu cầu của mình một cách tuyệt vời! Khách sạn mới, cực sạch sẽ và đẹp. Phòng rộng rãi, giường đệm êm rất thoải mái. Cách quảng trường Lâm Viên khoảng 1,5km, vị trí thuận lợi để đi đến các điểm tham quan. Các bạn nhân viên thì thân thiện, vô cùng nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Hy vọng khách sạn vẫn tiếp tục phát huy các thế mạnh của mình. Chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu cho người thân của mình.
