We liked the staff, they were lovely and helpful, especially in restaurant. The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed eating it in the pretty courtyard. The location was good for us, near the lake but walking distance to the night markets. Our room was nicely done, we didn't have a balcony room but that didn't matter to us, as less street noise. Beds were comfortable. We would go back.

We have stayed at several 5 star properties in DaLat, and this is our new favorite! Everything top notch from the moment we arrived. Great location, staff and amenities and wonderful breakfast. The head chef, (Andrew?), does a great job with food preparation and presentation! The overall property is excellent in all details! Close to lake, Yersin Park, shopping and FRIENDLY, accommodating staff!

Everything was great. We stayed at the Grand suite. My only suggestion or wish that would improve my experience is that the bed is too hard for me. I have previous injuries, so it affected my sleep a bit. Other than that staff and cleanliness and amenities were great

All subjects above and more were excellent, except one horrible indescribable issue, the room received the terrible mixed food odors from the kitchen every morning about 4:30 AM and was nauseous and gave a headache daily. I reported it to a hotel manager who promised to change my room or a room change was anytime. Evidently this was a black suit dining room manager not the hotel manager. Once the hotel manager learned about the issue he moved me within minutes, after days of headaches and I had made new hotel reservations and proceeded to move to the Da Lat Palace hotel. I believe the black suit dining room manager was at fault and was purposefully undercutting the real hotel manager. The head kitchen manager and service assistances were outstanding plus with his/their breakfast presentations. All staff were excellent/outstanding and appeared to go the extra mile for me and other guest. If not for the one issue above all would have been perfect. In conversation with other guest this odor issue was a problem but since their stay was only 2 or 3 days they did not say anything.

Nice hotel in Da Lat

The hotel is very good and the breakfast is delicious. However, the air condition was not working for a while. After we found it was not working, we reported to the hotel. It took 3 people and 30 minutes to fix the problem. In addition, the gym and pool were still in progress and not ready yet.

The hotel appears to be new. Everything is in very good condition. The room is comfortable and well appointed. The fitness center and pool are very large. The breakfast has a great assortment of asian and western foods. Each day they placed a roasted leg of lamb. Also, the staff were extremely helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.
