The hotel is great for a relaxed trip out in the lakes. For Dalat first-timers like us, it was probably not the best choice because we had to take taxi/GrabCar all the time to join day tours that picked up guests from the city center only (hotel shuttle schedule was very sparse during our stay in late Oct). The extra car ride took time, costed money and caused challenges when many drivers were reluctant to cover this location or having a hard time navigating the winding roads in the dark.

Way below expectations

If you appreciate peace and quiet and don’t like construction noise. This isn’t the place for you. Not sure how long this will continue but overall a terrible stay. Hammering and drilling started at 6pm-close to 10pm (because I called reception) then began again at 6am (music and construction and/or mowing the lawn!?). The place is new and rooms are nice but the service is terrible as they wouldn’t accommodate a change of room when I told them it was too loud(I was the ONLY other guest in the entire hotel and they said no). This is a new hotel so maybe their understanding of service is a new concept, but now that I’ve experienced the hospitality of Vietnam in other hotels; I have to say this was the worst stay. I can only compliment the breakfast buffet as it was nice and the room service food was actually well done too.

My sister and I took a weekend getaway and we felt in love with this place! Quiet, peaceful, beautiful hotel & surrounding. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They offered early check in and free upgrade to an amazing Deluxe Lake View room. They also have free shuttle from the resort to Da Lat city center and return, which is a plus. Breakfast choice was quite simple, but no big deal for us. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel and highly recommend this place for retreat.

Peaceful and luxurious getaway

The location and buildings are great. The lake view is tranquil; this is rare in Vietnam. The staff was friendly. The only issue that I had was that the hotel restaurant closed for a private party and there was no western food for two of the three nights we stayed. Also, by 8:00 one morning, the meat options of the buffet were gone. Bring your own transportation. Overall though, the resort was very peaceful and comfortable. I recommend it if you want to have rest and be only 20 minutes away from Dalat city.

Tiếp tân và phục vụ phòng dễ thương, chuyên nghiệp. Phòng tiện nghi và đẹp. Buffet sáng tốt nhưng chất lượng yaourt không đạt chắc men để làm không còn tốt nữa. Khuôn viên rất đẹp. Đi dạo rất thoải mái. Phòng mình có view thấy hồ và rừng thông rất đẹp. Sẽ đặt lại phòng cho chuyến du lịch tới. Có một góp ý nhỏ nên bỏ thêm cho một đồ cạo râu như các resort 4* khác. Việc này không lớn nhưng là một tiện nghi cho người thuê phòng. Hiiii mấy ngày nghỉ này râu minh mọc lởm chởm luôn!

Hotel was nice, about 20 minutes drive away from the main center which kept it well away from the noise. The only downside to our experience was breakfast, despite the variety the quality wasn't where we were expecting given it's proximity to the main farming centre of the country Da Lat.

This was my second visit to this property because of its beauty, setting on a lake out of town it’s a perfect tranquil location to relax. Absolutely beautiful. The only downside of this beautiful location is the location outside of town. If you don’t have a car or motorcycle you will need to use grab, taxi or the scheduled shuttle service.

Không gian yên tĩnh và trong lành nhất ở Đà Lạt, kiểu như được thiên nhiên ưu ái nằm trong rừng thông và bao bọc xung quanh là hồ nên không khí không hề mất đi cái bốn mùa trong ngày của Đà Lạt. Mình nhất định sẽ lại đến và bạn bè mình có đến cũng sẽ chỉ ở đây thôi! Đã yêu Đà Lạt rồi giờ còn yêu luôn Cereja Resort.

Nice hotel...modern and updated. A bit off beaten path so had difficulty finding a taxi familiar with location. Front desk staff took us in gold card to view hotel orchard where they grow some of the fruit used in the breakfast buffet. I would stay at this hotel again
