Our room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Hot shower, better than average towels and maid service without having to request it. But best of all was the kindness of the owner/manager who helped us out when we had a family emergency.

The location is great, the room was huge and super clean, the office staff was really nice and easy to work with (we weren't arriving until after the office closed for the day and they left our key for us so we could still check-in). Parking was convenient - right outside your room, and the motel was quiet.

The staff was so kind. Check in ends at 10pm but when we called and let them know we weren't sure we could make it by 10 they were quick to work with us. The room was clean and comfortable when we finally made it there and was the perfect respite from the long travel day we had had.

We stayed here during our time at Sturgis 2022, staff was amazing, clean rooms everyday, nice clean washcloths on our motorcycles every morning, a spot to wash our bikes out back, they take care of their guests whether your a rider or not

Solid place to stay

The hotel was a good, clean place to stay. It is a little older and doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it is a solid place to stay. A mom and pop type.

Great check in with manager, very informative gave us some great tips about where to go in Custer and surrounding areas. We booked 2 room unit which was good for privacy however noisy air con and no window in 2nd room which was stuffy. great indoor pool close to everything Custer has to offer. Recommend for short stay!!
