No information was made available to get breakfast or any amenities that were included in the booking. The only staff interaction was with the cleaners at the door when they came to clean. Some hidden fees : resort fees and resort fee tax were charged on the security deposit without any prior knowledge or indication and which were supposed to be included at the time of booking. This is unacceptable.

Great hotel and resort. We stumbled upon the hotel and did not regret it. The staff is so welcoming and it was so clean!! Definitely coming back and recommending to friends and family.

First time staying at Harrah’s. We loved the location in the middle of the strip. There many places to eat nearby like the LINQ Promenade. The Piano Bar inside is awesome. We had a blast. We will definitely be staying here again
