“The staff was extremely warm and helpful. We would highly recommend Berry Manor to anyone staying in the Rockland area. We found that Rockland was the perfect place to stay that had access to all the places we wanted to visit but was less crowded. It was perfect.”

“It was home away from home...so comfortable, relaxing and welcoming. Kim, the owner/innkeeper is a gem, with tons of suggestions that fit our style. The porch and gardens offered tranquility, and the morning breakfast was divine. Centrally located, yet just out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Simply perfect!”

The breakfast, infinity pool, hot tub, spa massage, and oceanside chaise lounges were the perfect combination. I found the experience to be a good value given how much less you get for the same price closer to Bar Harbor.”
