The hotel itself was great and the staff were wonderful. Our rooms were at street front and it was extremely noisy every night. Car alarms went off all night, cars blowing horns. Spent three night with very little sleep. Don't recommend staying a hotel if get rooms at the front. No hair dryer so could not wash our hair during our stay. Did not know to bring own hair dryer.

fair but much room for improvement

very pretty place, especially the mosaic wall. the staff was very friendly and helpful also. unfortunately the ventilation did not work, the water pressure was shut off at night into the morning (we had to leave early and could not use the toilet or shower), and the hallway lights were out. They also shut the door to the outside and did not mention they would do so, making it hard to find when walking back at night Lastly, they do NOT have airport transportation. waited for the ride I previously confirmed for 20 minutes, eventually got a cab. for the way back to the airport they simply called me another one.

We were upgraded to a king room, with a small balcony that had a view towards the main plaza. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms with double beds that my sons stayed in were quite nice too, and I would have been happy to stay in those rooms. The free breakfast was quite good and the wait staff and cook were very nice. I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was a little sparse but suited my needs. My rooms (I came back a few times) were a little small but comfortable and clean. I found the staff extremely professional and helpful. That's what made my stay quite relaxed.

We were allowed to check into this hotel on July 7th, even though the local authorities closed the hotel on July 6th. We learned in press reporting on July 9th it was closed due to a fumigation that sent a 7-year old girl to the hospital. I noticed that staff were keeping the front door locked. And when I came back saw the closed sign on the front door. My nephew had noticed a sign on a side door the day we checked in but thought it was a different building. The authorities had come back and plastered additional posters on the front door. The staff lied to my face when I asked. But I looked it up and found the press reports. We immediately packed and got a refund from Expedia for our 3rd night and a new hotel. We only understood in hindsight why they were pulling mattresses and other material from other rooms. Along with dead plants from all the boxes on the interior balconies. And why the hotel was so deserted with the front door being locked and unlocked as they pretended to be closed. I hope that the corporate parent of the Nodo chain will take action. They are absolutely untrustworthy and put us and others in danger for the sake of a few bucks.
