Good hotel in a good location they have the added bonus that they will store your luggage until you return from Machu Picchu I think they should advertise that more as everyone needs this service due to the train and coach rules regarding travel and they are the only way to reach Machu Picchu

Overall, really nice and I would recommend staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. They were able to help us get a taxi to the bus station, to the airport and would help with anything we needed.

This not a luxury property but it is a great one to experience the charm of Cusco. It is clean and comfortable with traditional design which in itself was a treat and the location is central in the middle of the local life. It was easy to walk around and see the sights, including the central market.

Good place, the pictures are representative of the property. It is in a good location in Cusco, one negative is a little loud in rooms at times given the older building but otherwise good.

The hotel is well kept and staff & services are pretty good. Location is good for tourists. Constant noise from adjacent busy street traffic is hard to ignore. Rooms and facilities are tight wishing for more space but there simply isn’t any.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety for breakfast. Next to San Pedro market and a supermarket. Waking distance to main square. ATM is right next door. All is great. They hired a taxi for us to go to airport at a fraction of what I paid online.

Good centered location hotel

It’s a nice hotel. The only thing was the room where we had to sleep in, unfortunately it was on the 4th floor by the kitchen and we kept hearing the dishes late at night and in the morning starting at 5am. The guys from the reception were nice, except for one of them; every time we would ask for a recommendation or where could we do laundry, he didn’t know, it felt like he felt bothered about us asking any questions or needed assistance. Other than that, the hotel is in a very centered location, close to everything, their breakfast is very good too.
