This is one of the best spot to stay in Cusco. Closer to train station, pharmacy, groceries and accessible to transporation to roam around tourist places. The host is very responsive. There's some noise of constructions outside but so far the insulation of the hotel is good. Highly recommended

The apartment overall was very nice; it was clean and quiet. You feel safe straying here, overall, the city is very safe as I walked everywhere. The only thing I didn't like was that the stove didn't work so I didn't get to cook like I was planning to cook. I called but no one came to fix out of the 6 days

This is a brand new facility. Some rooms are still being finished during our stay. It’s conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. After checking out on the last day of stay, they watched over our suitcases for a few hours, so we can finish the city tour. Thumbs to the Augusto the manager and his team.

The bathroom of the main room was disgusting, the wc was all peed and the floor was dirty as well. The hot water of the shower of the bathroom 2 did not wirk more than 2 minutes, so we showered with cold water despite we reported. The check in was awful, they kept us in the gate for 30 mins because the ñy didn’t read the information we previously submitted
