The property was spacious. Even though we arrived a couple of days late the apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived to check in. The supposed hot water system did not work at all during our stay. So cooking and showering were difficult/impossible. We gave them a whole day to fix the problem but they failed For our last night we move to a hotel run by the property manager. They failed to provide a heater for the room even after we remined them. Bad property managed by bad managers.

部屋はアメニティだけでなく洗濯機、アイロン、キッチン用品が付いている。タオル交換と簡単な掃除は毎日してくれる。到着のフライトが遅れたにも関わらず空港に迎えに来てくれた。帰りもクスコのバスターミナルまで送ってくれた。どちらもサービス。管理人さんが常駐していて、英語は通じないけどGoogle翻訳でコミュニケーションを取ってくれるなど親切。タクシーの手配もしてくれる。 ただシャワーのお湯が安定せず寒い思いをした。何度か伝えたけど改善されず。これが一般的な性能なのかもしれないと思った。
