This is an old palace, it feels like in old movies 1800’s, there are 2 big courts inside the property, one of them has outdoor restaurant and it is so beautiful, it feels so unique. Staff is wonderful, they help you with everything you could ask for

A great property for visiting the Sacred Valley. Very central to many key sights. Felt secure without being intrusive. Service staff everywhere was exceptional in all areas of the hotel. Great experiences included to round out the stay including on site weaving, traditional music at breakfast, baby alpaca for pictures, pisco sour lessons. Highly recommended! Many Marriott hotels could learn from their example.

This was an amazing hotel, don’t doubt it! Beautiful hotel facilities (lots of history) tons of dinning options around, walkable to main historic landmarks. The staff was great as well. Great for kids - they have baby lama on the property so kids And adults can take super cute pics :)

The customer service is subpar. I accidentally double booked this past weekend with another marriot hotel 5 MINUTES from this location. As a loyal member I always try to check out the different properties. My partner and I were excited to check palacio del inka out later this week while we are still in the Cuzco area, but after 2 days of trying to contact the property and now their decision to not refund us for a sincere mistake is ridiculous. I will never give my support to places that don’t treat travelers with decency and respect

This is the best hotel ever! The staff is impeccable and we felt really well taken care of. They remember what you did the day before, ask you how it was, and the concierge service is amazing. If you need transportation you must hire Authoro, he drove us to different historical sites, different little quaint towns, and made our trip something we will never forget. If you are in Cusco, you MUST stay at this hotel for a trip of a lifetime!
