The location of this property is perfect. But what really makes it stand out is the incredible dedication of the staff. They are so helpful and are there immediately for any need or request you may have. I felt like part of their family. They were so kind. I will be staying there again when I return to Cusco.

The staff at this hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful. They even helped us with the language barrier by calling and talking to a tour organizer for us. We booked two rooms. One room on the second floor was great. Our other room on the first floor had a musty smell to it. We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. A short walk from the Plaza.

Perfect location in Cusco, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Rooms have a bit stuffy indoor climate, unless you open the windows, but then you have to live with the loud noise of the city. No aircondition. No elevator. Still, good value for the price.
