Hotel staff was incredibly knowledgable with the area and provided tons of helpful information throughout stay. Hotel itself provided all necessary amenities one needs and was in a safe area walking distance from city center.

Very spacious room. Accommodating - allowed us to store baggage while we did a 5-day trek. Eclectic decor - mixing modern and historic details. Great location. Offered us a box lunch when we had to check out very early in the morning before breakfast was served.

It’s a clean Hotel-Boutique in a great location with friendly staff, but the real highlight was the spacious room with comfortable beds. I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast options, but it helped to at least have something in my stomach before starting the day. The lady who helped with check-in also arranged a shuttle to the airport for the next morning (for an additional charge),which was another plus.

This was definitely an amazing place to stay out. They were so hospitable breakfast was always great. The only real issue I had was that it is located on a very busy street. Therefore it was not quiet during the night resulting in a horrible night’s rest.

Very nice budget hotel, clean, and safe. The staff is very nice; even prepare breakfast early just for us because we have to leave early to catch our bus. The only con is the WiFi that is unstable in part of the room. Despite that, highly recommended!

I like the hotel! The room I booked was a quadruple, it was very spacious. The beds were confortable! There is no heat in the room but they have a very good blankets that we didn’t feel cold. Great location, close to Plaza de Armas 😊

Stunning historical building

If you are looking for a Hotel in Cusco, we stayed at La Llave and I highly recommend it. A stunning historical building with a beautiful spacious room. Daily breakfast included fruits, breads, cheese, meat, avocado, and made to order eggs. Juices, tea & coffee. The staff was lovely and always right there to help in any way. It was very central - just blocks away from the main plaza and all of the sites. Very reasonable price. What a gem!

La Llave is the perfect place to stay in Cusco. Close to the centre, close to restaurants, and also very close to good laundry services. Added benefit - it is quiet. Loved the courtyard and the warm showers. Clean rooms, and excellent helpful staff top off this hotel. Special kudos to Julie and Alan who work at the hotel.

The property is in great condition. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provided oxygen bottle and medication to help with altitude sickness. The yard is beautiful. The only issue was it took too long to get hot water for shower.

I really enjoyed my stay here, got a great price on a suite and everything was clean and tidy. Staff couldn't have been more attentive. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price. There is some road noise but is relatively quiet for Cusco, bit of a dirty drain smell in the bathroom too but not overbearing. May well book a couple more nights to end my stay!
