I am not one to leave reviews, but there was not one good thing about this hotel. To make matters even worse…. There is a club right in front of the hotel open 7 days/week and you won’t be able to sleep. Also, one of the nights we got back at 11pm from one of our day trips and they lock the front doors so there is no way we can go inside unless the receptionist opens up…. Well, we were locked outside in freezing weather for about an hour!!! We kept buzzing, banging on the door, and calling the hotel during that whole time. It took a little over an hour for the receptionist to get up from his nap to come open. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

La propiedad es buena , como a 10 min de plaza de armas ,personal muy amable ,hotel muy reducido,,,en gral todo bien... Solo que dos días no tuvimos agua caliente y fue un martirio. Deberían mejorar el lunch breakfast para los que salen a tours tempranos, ya que está demasiado demasiado escueto

La amabilidad del personal es increíble, especialmente de Xiomara, una bellisima persona, muy atenta. El desayuno es muy básico.
