Great location. We stayed in the family quad room. It was two floors and 4 queen beds with lots of blankets and great pillows. Beautiful view of the city from the window. Absolutely recommend staying here. One person in our group needed a doctor and rather than sending us to a doctors office they contacted one to come to our hotel room.

This hotel is beautiful! It’s like stepping into a cathedral courtyard. Our room was very large, 3 huge beds. The decorations were beautiful and the balcony was a lovely touch. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location is very close to the historic square. Great to be near the action without having to hear it all night.

Great boutique hotel option in a convenient location. Rooms were HUGE and well maintained. Keep in mind that this is a small boutique hotel, so food options are limited and they also share their space with a massage and some other operation… didn’t love the setup. Staff speaks very little English but we made it work with a translation app!

Hotel is located to a lot of the popular tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, markets, etc. Room was clean and in good order. Staff were friendly and helpful - even waking up at 3am to send you off with a pack lunch to Machu Picchu. Only minor drawback was hot water in the shower was sporadic.

I had trouble reaching our.hotel for information on pick up. Per the info I thought 24 hour airport shuttle it was complimentary but it's not. Although they could arrange it, it would be at a cost. Once I arrived I was in awe how beautiful the hotel was and how well they kept it decorated colonial. Beds were comfy and we had hot showers. It was fairly quiet very cozy Breakfast is only 2 hours. 7-9 but it was really good fresh fruit smoothies and ready to order eggs. I loved that there was a massage place downstairs. Although not included please visit Maribel for a nice massage The hotel was so close to plaza de armas there wasn't any need for cabs or taxis. I truly enjoyed my stay you will too.
