We checked in at 1am and Marcos was incredibly accommodating setting us up in a room, bringing our 2 large suitcases up 2 flights and making sure we were comfortable. Staff even brought up hot water bottles for feet warmers as a complementary (unprompted) service. After checkout, staff stood with us on the street corner as we waited for our ride. Breakfast was delicious and the area is very picturesque.

Home away from home at Cusco

Very comfortable stay. Everything is awesome! Breakfast everyday is like a feast- very nutritious! They also cook custom eggs as per your liking! The staff here is so kind, helpful and welcoming. I could give more than 5 stars if that was possible! It is located in historic district with all attractions and plenty of restaurants! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cusco/ Macchu Picchu!

Noisy!! We could hear noise from lobby and reception desk. I would not stay here unless you are a very heavy sleeper and don’t mind noise at night and early in the morning. I ended up moving to another hotel and this hotel and Expedia refused to refund the reminder of our stay. Positives: Breakfast was very good, and hotel staff were friendly.

The location is perfect for what we wanted to do while in Cusco, briefly. Walking distance to the main plaza. Easy to find again. I loved the it was tucked away on a side street too. This made it very quiet. Lovely patio ain the second floor too

Just like other reviews this place is very clean, staff s gave great service, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast presentation is like in five star hotel. The standard room has two double bed. Will stay here again!

Home Away from Home

This beautiful hotel is not only well located (only couple of blocks from the main plaza), but quiet, clean, and with a great view of the town from its terrace. The breakfast is awesome, and all the staff super friendly, and helpful in many ways. I can't wait to come back again.

We had a cute upstairs suite that had a great view of Cusco. The room was clean, and well-furnished. The staff were quite helpful on check-in and helped get a cheap taxi for the ride back to the airport. Highly recommend!

I stayed in a number of hotels in Cusco, and this one was the all-around BEST! Great location, views, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, very clean and all at a great price. This hotel was so adorable and excellent location. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had little details that made it feel special. Above all, the staff was absolutely amazing. They felt like family members welcoming you home after a long trip. They took care of you, remembered your name, offered help and assistance and went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and taken care of.
