Un desastre, El Hotel me hizo pagar adicional porque dice que la tarifa que registra Orbitz No es la correcta, que ellos ya no quieren trabajar con esta web porque es imposible que la tarifa sea de 8 dolares. La dueña del Hotel llamada Shirley no quiso hablar con nosotros, porque queriamos reclamarle. Las pobres chicas de recepcion tenian una cara de preocupacion porque decian que la dueña les iba a cobrar a ellas. No querian darme una habitacion mientras no pagara. Por no ocasionar un problema a las chicas, decidimos pagar, pero la bronca de que la Sinverguenza de la dueña si reciba el dinero de Orbitz, aparte de lo que nos cobro. NO DEBEN DE RESERVAR EN ESTE HOTELUCHO DE QUINTA. MUy aparte el hotel está re viejo, no es digno ni siquiera de alguien con bajos recursos.

Muy mal, porque me cobraron adicional a pesar q habia abonado por las 5 noches en la red Hotels.com con mi tarjeta de credito (2 1/2 meses anticipado), me cobraron 80 soles adicional x noche, solo me quede al final 4 noches y nl me han enviado la factura hasta hoy.

Terrible experiencia, pagamos con 79 días de anticipación una estadía de 3 noches cuando llegamos no había habitación disponible. Nos quieren reembolsar 90 soles osea 24 dólares, nosotros pagamos 47,19 dólares, una estafa!!!!

La peor experiencia. 1. La atención del personal despreciable. Llegué 17 minutos tarde a mi check in, el tren se me retraso y no tuve como comunicar al hostal (soy extranjera), la chica cuado llegamos nos dijo 1ue la habitación ya está vendida, casi nos cierra la puerta en la cara, le rogamos y nos cobró 20 soles mas por noche, este al finan me enteré que nos ESTAFO ya que es un impuesto que solo se cobra a nacionales.. Y por cierto que nunca registro porque al siguiente día la otra chica nos quería cobrsr de nuevo. 2. Ha habitación, el baño aprestaba a orine, las camas chillan y el piso como es de manera también, debes caminar despacio para que las otras habitaciones no generar molestia. 3. El desayuno está incluido dentro de la aplicación buffet, ya en el momento en la cafetería te decía q debías comer máximo dos panes, había mantequilla, jugo, leche y café, no había queso ni huevos. Los panes tenían días estaban super duros. 4. Tenía reservada otra noche posterior a otros días, las de recepción me indicaron que el valor que había cancelado no era correcto y debía cancelar 100 soles más.. Les dejo mi experiencia para que nos le pase... Al final cancele esa noche y me hospede en otor hotel cerquita de la plaza de armas, económico y la mejor atención, esta última es lo más importante.
