I really like this hotel located at 20 ft from the plaza. Breakfast was great with even two dishes to order for free. My room was clean, organize and very spacious. Service was great and very friendly.

What an amazing stay! Great price amazing quality 10 star stay. Will deff recommend anyone coming to Cusco to stay with them. Walking distance to everything. Looks sooo much better than pictures online honestly. I loved it.

Good but not great

I have been to Cusco a few times and wanted to try this hotel out. It was in a pretty good area (10min or so from the main square) and in the historic district of the city. There were all good reviews which I heavily rely on. The lobby and breakfast were beautiful and delicious. The cleanliness of the hallways weren't great and my room was sporadically cleaned in my 5 day stay. There was no option to opt out of room service and the room amenities lacked in comparison to other stays in the same price range. No cups or tea kettle in the room and no access to them in the lobby either. I don't believe that had room service either which was a bummer. There was also a foul sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I had to be diligent to keep the toilet lid and door shut to mask the smalls Small things that could have made the stay much better. Good but not great!

Horrivel! Muito barulho, desconfortável!

O hotel fica numa localização em frente a uma avenida grande, passam os veículos e a zoada do trânsito é horrível, assim como a poluição. O quarto o pior que já ficamos na vida. Sem conforto, pequeno, lençóis sujos, janela para uma favela, não tinha um copo no quarto, nem frigobar; mas o pior de tudo é a acústica! Impossível dormir ou descansar, portas batendo o tempo todo, inclusive durante a madrugada, barulhos dos quartos, conversas, luzes acesas e o mais exdrúxulo, no quarto havia uma janela que dava para uma pequena área de circulação, onde a janela do outro quarto também dava e os hóspedes acendiam a luz na madrugada, iluminando o nosso quarto! O café da manhã uma piada, a lá carte, vc só pode escolher uma opção. Ou come uma fatia de pão com ovo puro, ou pede as frutas; café frio e xícara pequena, não pode repetir! Uma experiência para esquecermos!

Hotellet ser akkurat ut som på bildene. Flott lobby, fint rom, god frokost. Fikk servert coca-te ved ankomst, og da jeg ville kjøpe mer te senere, fikk jeg beskjed om at jeg kunne få så mye jeg ville gratis. Jeg reiste før frokost en dag og de pakka mat mot et lite tillegg (15 soles). Kom tilbake til Cusco på et senere tidspunkt på reisen, og ville bo her igjen, men det var dessverre fullt. Ca ti min fra Plaza de Armas. Det er noe støy fra hotell og gate, men det er det OVERALT på ALLE hotell jeg har bodd i Peru. Ta med ørepropper, så er alt bra. Anbefales!

Um ótimo hotel! Bem localizado, a uns 10 min a pé da praça das armas, onde se encontram os restaurantes, casas de câmbio, comércio. As acomodações são bem confortáveis, banheiro bem equipado, com água quentinha e com muita pressão. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, um diferencial é que eles preparam um lanche para os hóspedes levarem para os passeios nos dias que saímos antes do café da manhã. Internet boa e café da manhã preparado na hora com opções que agradam a vários países.
