Very nice hotel, friendly staff and they were always welcoming, they helped us with everything, we fall sick there due to altitude and the staff helped us recover, we had a rental car and they helped us park the car in garage and remove whenever we needed. The kichen staff was also very good, specially Rossy who always made sure we got the best food

Excellent service. 3-year old facility, looks brand new, squeaky clean. Location is uphill and away from restaurants, shops, central sightseeing, so we relaxed and ate in the hotel restaurant that was surprisingly good; thanks to a previous reviewer who recommended the excellent pumpkin soup. Really nice facility, great value for the money.

Excellent hotel but the area seems a bit sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems at all. The hotel is spanking new with large rooms and nice fixtures. The bar on the fifth floor provides a great view of the city and serves great libations, food and atmosphere. Need to take a taxi to get to the Plaza, but it’s worth every penny that you pay for this hidden gem of a hotel.

Clean and pristine!

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean and pristine! John at the front was full of great info, friendly and really made our stay personable! Our room with a veranda gave us great fresh air and a beautiful, beautiful view of the mountains and the archaeological site! The upstairs terrace was incredible! It is really a beautiful and clean hotel! Breakfast is good but there is rarely anything left at 9 am even though it is until 10 am! You have to ask and wait for fresh stuff or just have cereal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
