This hotel was so cute and quaint. The attention to detail and cleanliness was unmatched. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They even gave us great suggestions of things to see and places to eat. The breakfast they serve daily had lots of variety and was delicious. Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough about Ana Lucia the receptionist. My brother became ill and had to be hospitalized and all of our plans had to be changed. I was worried sick about my brother and I couldn't even function. Ana Lucia stepped in and saved the day. I was such a wreck but she went above and beyond in helping us rearrange our trip. She was so kind, helpful and professional. Beides that, the breakfast was great, laundry service and all the staff were great.
