This has become my new favorite hotel in Cusco. It’s a small boutique property, which gives it a much more intimate and personal feel than some of the larger hotels in the city. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff are genuinely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The food is excellent, the rooms are bright and inviting, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Everything is also spotlessly clean, well thought out and very well maintained. One thing worth noting is that there is no elevator, so that may be a consideration for anyone with mobility restrictions. That said, the staff are always there to carry luggage up and down the stairs, which makes a huge difference. Overall, it’s simply a really pleasant hotel—welcoming and comfortable. After staying at several hotels in Cusco, this is the one I would choose to return to.
