Hidden gem! Great property tucked inside a sideway of a bustling street. Short walk from the main plaza, awesome staff and good breakfast served with eggs prepared to your style. Packed breakfast for us when we had to leave for our early morning activities and stored our luggage for a few hours between our checkout and the flight.

The hotel was simple but the room was clean with new fittings and bedding. The staff were very good, always available and very helpful. I only stayed 2 nights and did not use any of the amenities so can’t comment on them. If you’re just using it to sleep it’s great value. I would go again.

Staff was friendly, rooms were basic , it is family run hotel so staff was very helpful but we had some washroom issues upon arrival , they tried to fix it but still there was strong odour from the pipes , I am not sure if they had some temporary plumbing issues, otherwise room and washrooms were clean .

This place is a hidden gem. So reasonably priced, amazingly located, super clean with a great breakfast. I felt so self and appreciated. They also offer box lunches if you have a tour and need to leave before breakfast, which is so handy. Note that the entrance is in the alley.

Booked this hotel last minute as I had an issue with a different hotel, which lowered my expectations for hotels in Cusco. Instead I found a very clean hotel (both room and public areas), modern bathroom, decent size room and the staff was always helpful with any requests. Really appreciated the breakfast as well.

The hotel itself was wonderful! We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff were very helpful. They helped arrange transportation to/from and helped with excursions. Very responsive!! The beds were comfortable and very warm. They also provided heaters. Laundry service was very reasonably priced as well. We liked it so much we booked our next stay already!

We were a little concerned about the loud streets and alleyway we had to walk to reach the hotel, but it was a little oasis. Super clean and modern inside, we were brought a heater for our room. It turned out to be a very quiet location. The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh options, and the staff booked us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. Great stay!

It’s a beautiful hotel inside a sketchy entrance but the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is new and completely clean . The people are very friendly and welcoming. The location is practical close to San Pedro market and close to the Plaza de Armas . I am very happy with my experience here. Recommend 100%.

This is an outstanding option in the budget to mid range and only ten minutes' walk from the Plaza de Armas. The rooms feel recently renovated and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highlights include great breakfast and a secure entrance located in a gated alley just off C.Belen. An unexpected benefit is the perspective this offers on a more pedestrian area of the city just outside the tourist zone. Recommended. Restaurant options are limited to Pizza but you can est elsewhere and take it easy until breakfast.

There's this popular saying "dont judge the book by it's cover" that's exactly what my husband and I experienced. We almost backed out when we saw the gate. It was scary a bit, but as we proceeded 2 mins further from the gate to the main lodge we were so relieved. It has that sense of welcoming peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful, clean and spacious room for such an affordable cost. The staffs have been so helpful checking us in early. The early morning breakfast was so readily available to us prior to 7am. And the front desk guy went beyond helping us in connecting with our tour guide so we got picked up on time. Will definitely stay at Adolfo's again after our Machu Pichu hike. Thank you

First time in Peru, and Adolfo's certainly made it a memorable visit. The accommodation is down a little alley but is on a busy road and within short walking distance to supermarket, Plaza Mayor & San Pedro market. The staff were super lovely. Despite not having perfect English we still got the best customer service. The included breakfast is perfect for acclimatizing. So simple but satisfying. Selection of fresh fruits, cheese, ham, bread rolls, various hot drinks and more, available between 0700 - 1000. The room we had was a little tiny but fine for a short stay. Also greatly appreciate that Adolfo's provides luggage storage for guests heading away to Machu Picchu etc. Overall would recommend Adolfo's and certainly would stay again should we return to Cusco.

Hotel itself was nice for the money. And good breakfast. Nice staff. Clean basic room. But the address on Google map takes you to a different hotel in the Main Street. Finding this hotel was a true adventure middle of the night. Neighborhood is not nice!
