This place is a hidden gem. So reasonably priced, amazingly located, super clean with a great breakfast. I felt so self and appreciated. They also offer box lunches if you have a tour and need to leave before breakfast, which is so handy. Note that the entrance is in the alley.

It’s a beautiful hotel inside a sketchy entrance but the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is new and completely clean . The people are very friendly and welcoming. The location is practical close to San Pedro market and close to the Plaza de Armas . I am very happy with my experience here. Recommend 100%.

This is an outstanding option in the budget to mid range and only ten minutes' walk from the Plaza de Armas. The rooms feel recently renovated and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highlights include great breakfast and a secure entrance located in a gated alley just off C.Belen. An unexpected benefit is the perspective this offers on a more pedestrian area of the city just outside the tourist zone. Recommended. Restaurant options are limited to Pizza but you can est elsewhere and take it easy until breakfast.

First time in Peru, and Adolfo's certainly made it a memorable visit. The accommodation is down a little alley but is on a busy road and within short walking distance to supermarket, Plaza Mayor & San Pedro market. The staff were super lovely. Despite not having perfect English we still got the best customer service. The included breakfast is perfect for acclimatizing. So simple but satisfying. Selection of fresh fruits, cheese, ham, bread rolls, various hot drinks and more, available between 0700 - 1000. The room we had was a little tiny but fine for a short stay. Also greatly appreciate that Adolfo's provides luggage storage for guests heading away to Machu Picchu etc. Overall would recommend Adolfo's and certainly would stay again should we return to Cusco.

The hotel itself was wonderful! We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff were very helpful. They helped arrange transportation to/from and helped with excursions. Very responsive!! The beds were comfortable and very warm. They also provided heaters. Laundry service was very reasonably priced as well. We liked it so much we booked our next stay already!

We were a little concerned about the loud streets and alleyway we had to walk to reach the hotel, but it was a little oasis. Super clean and modern inside, we were brought a heater for our room. It turned out to be a very quiet location. The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh options, and the staff booked us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. Great stay!

No hot water on our first night there. Took a few mins for someone to unlock the door at night as well which wasnt ideal. The room and hotel is much better represented in photos than in reality, but the current reviews make it seem like a hidden gem. In reality you are much better off spending a bit more per night for a better room and significantly better location closer to the historic district. There is nothing wrong with the hotel- my review reflects the current 10.0 expedia rating which is definitely misleading and is worth highlighting.
