The matress is perfection! We had an amazing night! The airconditioner works perfectly, the size of the bed is perfect and the pillows were also nice, so it was perfect to have a good night of sleep. The breakfast is also very nice.

I was told that I should be careful with my back bag while having my breakfast because someone could steal it. It has happened! The hotel is not that clean, the bathrooms are dirty and everyday room service is quite poor. The towels are so old that you can use them as a “file” to remove dead skin. There is no tissue. Toilet paper is very cheap. The hotel is only good for a night. I regret choosing it for 10 nights. I was quite disappointed with the hotel as Slavieiro is/was a good brand. Staff needs better training and also to understand how to properly deal with customers.
