Eles falam o tempo todo que não tem manobrista “ naquele horário” então orientam você mesmo estacionar o carro em um lugar que toda vez que você está saindo, ou chegando o portão está fechado, ou seja, você tem que volta mais de uma vez solicitando que precisa que abram o portão ( além disso.. você paga 35 reais para esse tipo de atendimento) Muitas vezes eu precisei ir solicitar para abrir o portão, perdendo meu tempo e chegando atrasada em um local de trabalho.

O hotel é bem localizado. Tem café da manhã muito bom e é bem limpo. Porém, a cama é muito desconfortável. Solicitei uma cama de casal e quando fui dormir, notei que eram duas camas de solteiro unidas. Dava para sentir o corte do colchão no meio onde fazia a divisão. Além do colchão ser muito mole, que prejudica minha coluna. Wi-Fi de pessima qualidade. O sinal caía toda hora. Atendentes da recepção com pouca experiência e despreparados, sem treinamento adequado. Porém a equipe da cozinha e limpeza foram muito educados e atendem bem.
