Hotel ok, Parking service Terrible

The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!

Disappontment

I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service. Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning. For a Slaviero hotel, it disappointed me.

Localização estratégica. Duas quadras do Curitiba Shopping e a curtas caminhadas de vários pontos da cidade. Hotel com boas instalações. A limpeza do quarto no check in deixou a desejar. O sanitário estava em pessimas condições, com restos, além de outras sujeiras no banheiro e falta de papel Higiênico. Não tem ducha higiênica no banheiro. Café da manhã excelente, podendo melhorar apenas variando os itens, que são exatamente os mesmos todos os dias. Equipe de funcionários muito prestativa e atenciosa.

Ótima experiência. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados. O quarto de casal não é muito grande mas atende bem. O café é bom com boa variedade de opções. A localização é muito boa, tem bastante coisa perto: shopping, mercado, restaurantes e alguns pontos turísticos. Recomendo.

Ficamos somente pra pousar rapidamente e com nossa breve passagem deu pra perceber um excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários, o hotel é simples mas atendeu super bem ao nosso propósito, a única ressalva é o barulho devido ao alto movimento de veículos na rua em frente, queríamos dormir até as 08:00 porém acordei as 06:00 e devido ao barulho não foi possível continuar a dormir, claro que isso é muito pessoal e tem pessoas que simplesmente não se importam, só preciso mencionar no comentário caso alguém tenha o sono mais leve e queira levar isso em conta.

Um ótimo hotel, boa localização, fomos muito bem recepcionados no check in, manobrista para guardar o nosso carro, quarto pequeno, mas muito aconchegante, chuveiro excelente, esquenta bem rápido, café da manhã de qualidade e variedades, ambiente e cadeiras confortáveis. O único ponto negativo para mim, foi os travesseiros que são muito rígido, parece superficial/supérfluo, mas por conta disto, dormi muito mal a noite, desconfortável... Demais, meu esposo e eu ficamos satisfeitos.
