Hotel ok, Parking service Terrible

The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!

Disappontment

I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service. Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning. For a Slaviero hotel, it disappointed me.

As acomodacoes sao boas. Cafe da manha excelente. Tivemos um problema com a cama box da cama de solteiro que estava quebrada. Só percebemos a noite, na hora de dormir. Ligamos na recepção e não tinham equipe de manutenção a noite para trocar. Foi desagradável. Nos ofereceram trocar de hotel, mas não era viável para nós naquele horário. O estacionamento fica em outro hotel, mas possuem manobrista.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Perto de shopping e a poucos minutos de caminhada ao centro e a bares e restaurantes do Batel, em zona bastante segura. Café da manhã variado. Equipe atenciosa . Elevador um pouco lento, o que foi percebido nos dias e horários de maior fluxo. Banheiro merecia uma ducha higiênica. No geral, a estadia foi muito positiva e recomendamos a acomodação.
