Okay

Location is great, staff is excellent, polite and helpful. The room was very outdated, furniture is cheap and in poor condition. The sofa had holes on it, the desk was warped and peeling, no dishes or cutlery in the kitchenette - which I was told that “the rooms ending in certain numbers don’t have them” (??). You could tell mattress was old and uncomfortable, the blankets and towels provided were also super old and tired and some of the towels had holes in them. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of variety. You can tell that the place is in much need of renovations and upkeep.

Boa estadia. Excelente localização.

O quarto é bem confortável, tem um bom tamanho, as camas são confortáveis, porém o café da manha deixou a desejar, itens que deveriam estar quentes estavam frios e até gelados, reposição demorada, alguns itens reaproveitados de um dia para o outro, pães passados, café morno, água para o preparo do chá morna. A impressão que tivemos é que falta monitoramento da gerência no café da manhã. Já o serviço de recepção e de vallett excelentes.

Nos hospedamos no quarto família com dois filhos adolescentes e foi ótimo. Quarto muito espaçoso, limpo, localização excelente, serviço de quarto muito bom, e as refeições que pedimos no quarto foram rápidas e muito boas. O café da manhã não era espetacular, mas era bem ok. Só a internet do quarto que deixou um pouco a desejar. Mas no geral a estadia atendeu muito bem nossas necessidades.

Atendimento ruim

Quarto confortavel. O grande problema encontrado foi o atendimento. Enviei 2 email-s cujo retorno nunca chegou, optei por ligar e após muitas tentativas frustradas eu consegui falar com uma recepcionista pra verificar a possibilidade de tomar café as 05 30, pois teria que sair do hotel as 06:00. Fui informado por ela que poderia tomar cafe esse horário, porém, as opções seriam limitadas ja que habitualmente o servico inicia as 06:00, agradeci a compreensão e desliguei satisfeito. Mesmo depois de todo esse cuidado e eu descendo 05:45, um recepcionista muito grosseiro disse que eu não poderia tomar cafe pois o servico so iniciava as 06:00 e ninguem avisou nada pra ele. Após objecao, ele mais uma vez grosseiramemte falou " Vai resolver com o pessoal do restaurante". Pra falta de comunicação, dificuldade de contato e falta de cordialidade eu deixo apenas uma estrela. O serviço eu nao indico.

Razoável, pode melhorar.

O hotel é bom, mas poderia ser melhor… A estrutura dele é boa. O quarto em que fiquei era bom, mas não era excelente pois algumas coisas deixaram a desejar: o cobertor disponibilizado estava com um cheiro desagradável, pelo visto não higienizam os cobertores. A porta do quarto tinha uma pequena fresta, o que me deixou um pouco insegura pós parecia não fechar direito. Chuveiro é bom, porém ele espalha água para todo lado e o box é bem apertadinho (mas como sou magra não me incomodou). A televisão tinha uma imagem péssima e não era smart. Em determinado momento quis pedir um serviço de quarto (para o restaurante), visto que o hotel disponibiliza este serviço e ao ligar (ou tentar ligar) para a recepção o telefone do meu quarto estava mudo… Depois de um dia cansativo e após ter tomado banho, novamente precisei trocar de roupa e ir até a recepção para falar sobre o telefone e o recepcionista não deu muita importância, ele poderia ter ido verificar o porque de o telefone não funcionar, mas não fez questão. Precisei efetuar o meu pedido diretamente no restaurante, já que ligar não seria possível pois como disse, o telefone não funcionava. Outro ponto negativo: ao chegar no hotel para efetuar meu check in não foram passadas informações sobre café da manhã e academia, fui obrigada a perguntar. Enfim… só escolhi ficar no hotel por ser o mais próximo do compromisso que eu tinha. Mas não sei se irei retornar em algum momento. Café da manhã é bom.

Ótimo hotel

Recomendo. O único incoviniente foi que a pressão da água no apartamento nos obrigou a deixar o registro da ducha higienica fechado, abrindo somente para o uso, pois o equipamento ficava vazando inundando o banheiro e causando incomodos e prejuizos ao hotel. Fora isso excelente hospedagem, pequeno-almoço de ótima qualidade. Ótimo atendimento e localização próximo a tudo o que um viajante precisa.

A estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é completo, quarto confortável, fomos bem recebidos pelo pessoal e o café da manhã é bem completo. O hotel fica próximo aos poderes do estado, então é considerada uma região segura. Também fica próximo ao centro, onde estão os barzinhos e a feirinha de domingo.
