Nicole, the receptionist / manager was very helpful in every way. The fact that she spoke English was also helpful because my Portuguese is still limited. The breakfast was very good and the furniture and environment reflected well in the hotel's historical restoration. The room I had was spacious and also the bathroom. I really can't think of anything negative except for the bathroom cold water faucet took effort to close all the way and leaked a little bit. The windows took some effort to close but that's understandable because they are original.

O hotel é lindíssimo, arquitetura e construção do início de 1900, muito bem preservado tanto por fora quanto por dentro. Quarto espaçoso e bem confortável, ótimo café da manhã, completinho. Toda equipe de funcionários também sempre atenciosa, simpática e prestativa. Localização bem no centro da cidade, facilitando o deslocamento e também com shopping, lojas e outros comércios perto. Única coisa que não tava funcionando legal era o wifi - não pegava no quarto, somente nas áreas comuns.
