Good value for the price. Quite basic apartment but it has all the essentials. It’s clean, has a good bed, proper bathroom with good water pressure, and airconditioning. Smoke detector was lacking so I recommend you to bring your own.

5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk.

Precisava do hotel principalmente para dormir, já que passei a maior parte do tempo fora. Na primeira noite, ao entrar no quarto, o ar-condicionado era velho, com ruído insuportável e mais calor dentro do que fora. Pedimos troca de quarto na recepção e nos negaram qualquer solução, mesmo havendo outros hotéis Red Andrade na cidade. Nos deram apenas um ventilador, prometendo consertar o ar no dia seguinte. No segundo dia, a mesma situação se repetiu. O atendente tinha aspecto descuidado e mau cheiro — incompreensível para um hotel. Insistimos em uma solução, sem sucesso. Duas noites nos sentindo ultrajados e maltratados. No terceiro dia nos trocaram de quarto e, para nossa surpresa, era o único com ar-condicionado split. Tenho certeza de que todos os outros quartos têm o ar velho; só nos deram esse quarto porque reclamamos muito. Para completar, ao pedir reembolso das duas noites com problema, nos devolveram o valor de apenas uma. Não recomendo este hotel: está em condições deploráveis e muito desatualizado.

O hotel é bom e a equipe bem atenciosa. A unica reclamação é a respeito do sistema de check in e check out que eu sinceramente achei bem falho. Plena 1h da madrugada eu levo um susto pois um hospede entra no meu quarto com cartão magnetico ativo. A desculpa do hotel foi que no sistema constava que meu quarto estava vazio. Como assim? Se nao houve check out estão nao existe quarto vazio! Na hora de ir embora deixei o cartão magnetico na recepcao e apenas fui embora.. E outra coisa, meu quarto estava trancado com o cartao magnetico e com trinco adicional. Mesmo assim o hospede conseguiu abrir ele por fora. Achei totalmente falha a questão da seguranca tambem! No final apenas um pedido de desculpas foi o meu reembolso pelo transtorno!

Quando cheguei no Hotel, e entrei no quarto senti um cheiro horrível de gás, que estava vindo da parte de fora, estava impossível de permanecer no quarto, pedi para mudar de quarto e o moço da recepção foi atencioso e trocou o quarto. O café da manhã é simples, porém gosto, se você é uma pessoa que gosta de muitas coisas, não vai gostar. O colchão é muito fino e em uma superfície de concreto, o que não é legal, além de ser bem gelado, dói as costas. A tomada do frigobar parou de funcionar no último dia. A localização é boa, fica a uns 700 metro do bar do Alemão. No geral, se a pessoa for passar poucos dias é um ambiente bom, pelo custo benefício.

O quarto deixou bastante a desejar em relação à estrutura. O forro estava quebrado, o botão de descarga do banheiro não funcionava corretamente e o cobertor disponibilizado era curto, o que comprometeu o conforto da estadia. Além disso, não havia vedação acústica adequada. Havia, inclusive, uma porta interna — aparentemente com acesso ao quarto ao lado — pela qual era possível ouvir claramente as conversas e ruídos dos outros hóspedes, o que afetou significativamente a privacidade e o descanso. Esses pontos demonstram falta de manutenção e atenção a aspectos básicos de conforto e infraestrutura. Por outro lado, é importante destacar que os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a hospedagem, sempre solícitos e cordiais no atendimento. O café da manhã também foi um ponto positivo, com boas opções e qualidade satisfatória. No geral, o atendimento foi excelente, mas a estrutura do quarto precisa de melhorias urgentes para proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável e compatível com o esperado.

5 dias de hospedagem e em nenhum momento foi feito a higienização do quarto, nao houve reposição de toalhas e nem troca de lençol. Fronhas e travesseiros com mofo e mal lavado. Além disso ar condicionado não esfria deixando o quarto abafado e quente.
