5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk.

Insatisfação total

O quarto estava sujo, o banheiro fedido, o chuveiro não esquentava. No primeiro dia pedi para limparem o quarto, a recepção me informou que o hotel era antigo e eles iam ver o que poderiam fazer. No segundo dia fui tomar banho e o chuveiro não esquentava, mandei mensagem o rapaz foi ao quarto mexeu, mexeu e nada... Eu sugeri mudar de quarto, ele falou que não poderia porque não tinha quarto disponível, perguntei como faria para tomar banho, se precisaria esquentar água no microondas e tomar banho de caneca, ele respondeu que na recepção tinha microondas, depois acabou disponibilizado a chave de outro quarto para tomarmos banho. Foi uma falta de respeito tremenda, é um hotel que não indico e nem pretendo voltar mais.

Chegando no hotel não constava minha reserva ,que inclusive já estava até paga. Fiquei esperando por uns trinta minutos até a solução.Tinham feito dedetizaçao em algum quarto ,o cheiro estava sufocante . Não goste do hoteli, exceto as recepcionistas que foram muito receptivas.
