Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

Como os funcionários ficou vinculado a serviço preferi escrever. Nota 10 para o atendimento dos funcionários: cortesia, simpatia, presteza. Serviço: chamo os itens e equipamentos. Recebi nos dias de limpeza toalhas de banho rasgadas e misturada com piso de banheiro. Por mais que seja higienizado não faz jus ficar em cima da cama. Televisão não funcionava O fato de ter frigobar e não ter água no quarto ter que toda vez descer a recepção para comprar água Outra coisa que achei ruim foi nem poder ter acesso a pratos, xícara e talheres para uso na cozinha do salão comum. Travesseiro.. precisei pedir outros de tão fino.

A cama do hotel era horrivel, travesseiros péssimos, tinha apenas um cobertor bem ruim para três pessoas. Considerando que o principal que um hospede procura em um hotel é o descanso, ficamos ainda mais cansados com o péssimo estado do colchão, travesseiros e cobertor. O ar condicionado apesar de funcionar estava em pessimas condições e sujo.

Foi bem confortável, bem tranquilo para dormir a noite. Os móveis eram bem conservados, e a tv tinha canais rasoáveis. O quarto estava limpo. O café da manhã estava muito bom, pude comer e aproveitar bastante, pois tinham várias opções. Infelizmente o botão de regular a água da banheira não estava segurando, então não aproveitei muito a banheira. Senti falta de sabonetes e papel.

Péssimo. Tudo era ruim, tive que mudar de hotel. Chuveiro precário, sem conforto, tem que subir as malas de escada. O hotel é histórico, já teve seu glamour, agora está decadente e deteriorado. O atendimento também é ruim, o café da manhã idem

Fomos trocados 3 vezes de quarto. A primeira tinha 3 goteiras que não tinha como ficar, as outras 2 vezes o ar condicionado não gelava absolutamente nada em um calor absurdo e a cama era de pessima qualidade, estava com as molas velhas e lado do colchão afundado. Tirando esses fatos, o atendimento foi ótimo e sempre prestativo. Estacionamento é tercerizado e tive que deixar a chave, não tendo nenhum cuidado com o veículo

Hotel possui pontos positivos e negativos. Atendimento da recepção maravilhoso, a atendente que estava lá quando cheguei era bem gente boa e prestativa. Porém, alguns serviços deixaram a desejar. Elevador demora muito para chegar até o andar quando você o solicita, o que muitas vezes me fez descer pelas escadas; café da manhã era bom, sem muitas opções e totalmente diferente do que mostra o anúncio. Existem apenas 3 secadores de cabelo no prédio, que deve ser dividido em todos os hóspedes, o que fez com que eu precisasse utilizar o secador de um banheiro compartilhado do hotel. O banheiro não possui tapetes para secar os pés, o que muitas vezes encharcou o chão, porém o mesmo é bem espaçoso, com um box de vidro bem grande e um chuveiro bem potente. De qualquer forma, a estadia foi ótima! Hotel muito bem localizado, com fast food, restaurantes baratíssimos, diversas lojas e pontos turísticos.

Fiquei hospedada neste hotel entre os dias 27 e 31 de janeiro, e minha experiência foi simplesmente frustrante do começo ao fim. Primeiro, o hotel informa no site que tem estacionamento, o que não é verdade. Na realidade, indicam um estacionamento terceirizado que fica a mais de 20 metros do local e ainda é pago. O pior: o carro que estávamos foi batido nesse estacionamento, quebraram a lanterna e danificaram a lateral do veículo. Nenhuma providência foi tomada! Nem o estacionamento nem o hotel assumiram qualquer responsabilidade. Para piorar, ninguém teve a decência de informar que o carro havia sido batido por um funcionário do estacionamento. Descobrimos o problema sozinhos e tivemos que correr atrás de respostas, mas até o momento ninguém arcou com o prejuízo. Outro problema inaceitável: o elevador que dá acesso à recepção estava quebrado. Para quem chega com malas pesadas, é um verdadeiro transtorno subir todas as escadas sem qualquer suporte do hotel. Sobre o quarto 603, o ralo do box do chuveiro estava ENTUPIDO e a recepção foi avisada, mas nada foi feito. A situação era nojenta! Durante o banho, a água acumulava e chegava a cobrir meus pés. Eu tinha que sair do box, esperar cerca de cinco minutos até a água escoar, e só então conseguia continuar o banho. O mínimo que se espera de um hotel é transparência e um serviço minimamente decente. No entanto, a falta de estrutura, o descaso com os hóspedes e principalmente a desonestidade do estacionamento…
