Located in Residential area, so silent and calm. There are some nice restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Excellent breakfast, one of the best in Brazil, with nice staffs.

One of the best hotels in Brazil, which I have stayed around 40 hotels. The room is clean, all staffs are very diligence and friendly, attended so fast, breakfast had very variation and tasty. The location was mid of residential area, but some supermarkets and restaurants in 5 minutes walk.

Todo muy limpio. La única sugerencia es que pregunte los precios de lo que dejan en su habitación antes de consumirlo. Los precios de los productos en la nevera son altos al igual que los chocolates que ponen en una bandeja en su habitación. Pregunté al llegar.

O Radisson é uma bandeira que remete a qualidade, porém nessa unidade precisaria de atenção em alguns pontos. O quarto 214 vendido como se fosse para 4 pessoas, o que é esperado são camas Queen no mínimo, mas o quarto tem camas ou de casal tamanho antigo ou "solteirão/viúvo"que cabem duas pessoas que não se mexem e se encostando. sendo que o quarto em si é amplo e comporta facilmente camas confortáveis e adequadas. Banheiro com difícil regulação de temperatura e força da água. Toalhas velhas, rasgadas, esfarrapadas em dias seguidos. Falta de atenção da governança, um dia trocaram o lixo, limparam o quarto e não arrumaram a cama (não estou falando de trocar lençóis), apenas de arrumar a cama, no outro dia o papel higiénico acabou e não foi reposto, teve que ser solicitado, todos os dias teve que ser solicitado itens que faltavam, como toalhas etc etc. Um ponto alto é a vedação de barulho do quarto para a rua, é impecável. a localização do hotel é excelente. A academia está ok para uso, mas desconsidere o fato de ter piscina no hotel, é um pequeno tanque aquecido. Os recepcionistas, garçons e até o vallet são bastante atenciosos e educados. O hotel tem como ponto alto além da localização o café da manhã que sim, tens muitos itens e todos são de qualidade, frutas, açaí, pão artesanais, queijos, doces etc. Muitos hotéis tem muitos itens que não são bons, mas esse café da manhã em específico é 10 de 10.
