O hotel precisa de reformas . Tivemos 2 experiências chatas: deram o número do nosso quarto a outras pessoas e elas tentaram entrar no quarto de madrugada, muito infeliz e inseguro isto! A outra coisa é que o lugar de bagagens fica com a chave na porta e o acesso ao local é muito fácil para qualquer pessoa.

No geral, a experiência foi razoavelmente boa, motimvo pelo qual é importante pontuar algumas situações inesperadas no decorrer da estadia, quais sejam: 1ª. O sistema de televisão não dispunha de transmissão à cabo, bem como aparelho smart tv, o que impossibilitou a conexão com canais de stremers; 2ª. Café da manhã abaixo da expectativa, muito simples; houve dias que optamos por tomar o café no mercado municipal e/ou na padaria da outra rua; 3ª. Banheiro não dispunha de ducha higiênica, não compreendi a inesistência de uma peça de extrema necessidade na atualidade; 4ª. Atendimento da recepção bem razoável também, algumas recepsionistas não demonstravam nenhum pouco de empatia no atendimento aos hóspedes. 5ª. Sistema de abertura da fechadura dos apartamentos falhou por várias vezes, sendo preciso convocar o recepcionista para a abertura da porta; 6ª. Numa das noites, o frigobar, do nada, degelou e alagou o quarto; Sendo assim, minha opinião é de que a rede necessita rever a questão da estrutura prédio, da comodidade aos hóspedes e na reciclagem de alguns funcionários no trato com os clientes. A localização foi boa, porém, o quarto era uma adaptação de uma antiga sala chamada de centro de convenções, logo, existia uma vidraça que dava para área tipo uma sacada, e essas portas de vidro ficavam fechadas, (até ai tudo bem) mas a questão é que não tinha privacidade, apenas uma cortina black-out que tinha que ficar fechada o tempo todo. E relacionado a isso, o frio passava todo pelo vidro (como não é uma parede normal, a espessura do vidro não se compara com uma estrutura de tijolo) sem contar com serviço de quarto que teve vez que não levou papel higiênico e não limpava a cama por baixo. Pelo custo beneficio, se o hóspede não ligar pra essas coisas, está tranquilo, mas achei esses pontos relevantes. Se vc se hospedar nesse hotel, o número do quarto é 10 CO (centro de convenções) onde justamente fizeram essa adaptação.

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício, tem uma boa localização, próximo ao mercado municipal de Curitiba. Porém a limpeza deixa a desejar (quando eu pedia limpeza, só trocavam as toalhas e forravam a cama) e instalações antigas. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas cumpre a função pra um café rápido antes de você sair pra turistar ou trabalhar.

O hotel rede Andrade vernon é horrível, quartos com mofo, estrutura precária com portas com remendos e pias com demora para escoar a água o que me causava ânsia de vômito ao escovar os dentes as fotos postadas para locação não condizem com nada que é oferecido. Para quem passa 12 dias hospedado o café da manhã é sempre o mesmo, além da falta de higiene do rede Andrade CWB na Sequeira e da sanduicheira. As camas de casal na verdade são camas de solteiro unidas que não causam conforto, quartos que não foram corretamente limpos, tanto que no vernon chegamos e nos ofereceram o primeiro quarto com mascas de copos na bancada. O teto estava caindo, e no CWB o ferro de passar além de sujo e quebrado o regulador de temperatura, fica de baixo de uma escada na recepção, causando constrangimento ao hóspede. Não recomendo, não voltaria e se devolvessem as 12 diárias que precisei ficar lá eu teria ido para um hotel melhor, e não foi barato não
