O prédio é antigo e mais ou menos conservado. Porém quarto e banheiros são bem limpos e café da manhã razoável mas bom. A cama é boa e roupa de cama estavam limpos. Fui passar a semana a trabalho e atendeu bem minhas expectativas pelo preço pago. Para quem vai a trabalho eu recomendo. Não recomendo para quem vai passear ou com família, pois pelo menos para meu gosto prefiro um local mais arrumado e sofisticado.

A localização é excelente, ficando a aproximadamente 12 minutos do Shopping Estação, que possui uma ótima praça de alimentação. O acesso aos principais pontos da cidade é fácil e prático. O hotel atende bem quem não é muito exigente, pois suas instalações são antigas, mas estão em condições adequadas de uso. Percebi que algumas áreas estão passando por melhorias. O café da manhã é simples, porém satisfatório, com opções de frutas, pães e bolos. Eu voltaria com muita tranquilidade.

Quando chegamos estava muito frio e entramos no quarto alem de esta extremamente limpo, cheiroso e arrumado estava ligado o aquecedor deixando a experiência no local ainda mais agradável, um elogio em específico a camareira Edexis que deixou tudo impecável, também gostei que o estacionamento é bem perto, café da minha ótimo, a única questão foi barulho de algum ar-condicionado que não era o nosso, sempre acionava e estava um pouco alto. Fiquei no apto 1105
