Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é bem simples. O travesseiro é horrível, a janela não tem cortina Black out, o sistema de TV é antigo, não sendo possível pausar ou voltar programas e também não tem conectividade com internet. O banheiro é antigo, a ducha não tinha muita pressão e no que fiquei a porta não fechava corretamente.

O hotel no geral atendeu, mas alguns pontos poderiam ser melhores. O chuveiro deixou a desejar, pois era difícil equilibrar a temperatura da água. O café da manhã, embora simples, poderia ter mais variedade e sabor. As toalhas já estão bem surradas e precisam de renovação, e o cobertor soltava muito pelo, deixando o quarto e as roupas com resíduos. Por outro lado, os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos, o que fez diferença na estadia. Talvez pela pesquisa que fiz e pelo valor pago, esperava mais das acomodações.

O atendimento dos recepcionistas foi muito direto, sem muitas explicações. O colchão da cama é bem firme, ou seja, para aqueles que buscam um colchão macio, não recomendo. A internet no quarto era horrível, precisei usar minha rede móvel do celular. Não há blackout na janela, então entra bastante luminosidade a noite e de manhã. Há um leve barulho da rua que é possível ouvir do quarto. A limpeza é satisfatória, embora o hotel tenha aparência de antigo. O chuveiro tem bom fluxo de água e com água quente. O Ar condicionado funciona adequadamente. O café da manhã é satisfatório, sem grande destaque. É possível compra água na recepção, embora não tenha serviço de alimentação 24h. O frigobar no quarto gela bastante.
