Great place. But having to pay 60 Reals to get the room cleaned is ridiculous. I stayed for 10 days and did not have the room cleaned for free not even once. Only recommend for short stays

Amamos e indicamos a acomodação. Eu tinha lido alguns comentários em outras páginas de algumas pessoas reclamando do difícil acesso, o que é uma inverdade. Se você faz o check-in online que é mandatório, você chega e basta ir para o seu quarto. A acomodação possui estacionamento, pago a parte, porém funciona super bem e tem manobrista, basta você chamar através de um totem e eles levam o carro até você. Achamos tudo muito bem pensado. O edifício é muito bonito, no hall possui um mini mercado com preços acessíveis, chopeira, vinho e gin. Basta você pagar e pegar a sua bebida e comida. Também possui uma mesa de sinuca, academia e videogame. O ambiente é novo e super moderno. Sobre o quarto, reservamos a única opção que tinha disponível, que era o menor quarto, mas é idêntico as fotos. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito bem pensado e nos atendeu perfeitamente. Ficamos duas noites e o nosso intuito era apenas dormir. O quarto estava cheiroso, cama confortável, roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa e chuveiro muito bom. Pelo preço, localização e o que o prédio oferece vale muito a pena. Com certeza iremos voltar e recomendamos. Se você gosta de ambientes modernos e práticos, você irá gostar.

Esse Airbnb superou nossas expectativas! O lugar é extremamente tecnológico: o check-in e o checkout são totalmente digitais, e os quartos, apesar de pequenos, têm um aproveitamento de espaço impressionante. A cama, por exemplo, possui um sistema automatizado que a faz subir e descer com o toque de um botão! O chuveiro é excelente e o salão de entretenimento, que funciona 24 horas, é sensacional: mesa de sinuca, jogos de tabuleiro, TVs com PlayStation, além de um sistema de self-service de bebidas deliciosas e comidas práticas, tudo à vontade. Mesmo sendo self-service, há sempre funcionários muito simpáticos por perto, prontos para ajudar com o que for preciso. Outro destaque é a academia, muito bem equipada, perfeita para quem não quer perder o ritmo dos treinos durante a estadia. Sobre os pontos de melhoria: há uma área externa ao lado da sala de jogos onde as pessoas fumam, e o cheiro volta com força para o ambiente interno. Também vale avisar que, se você tiver certa privacidade com o parceiro, o banheiro tem portas de vidro fosco – não dá para ver nada, mas dá para ouvir. Nada que uma TV ligada e um FreeCo não resolvam! E a localização? Simplesmente perfeita: no metro quadrado mais disputado da cidade, cercado por restaurantes, cafeterias e padarias incríveis, a poucos passos do centro. Sem dúvida voltaremos! Jogar uma partida de sinuca enquanto saboreamos uma cerveja ou um drink fresquinho retirado na hora, em um ambiente moderno e acolhedor, conquistou nosso coração.
