Staff members are so helpful and nice, they are like family and treat everyone with kindness and respect. The breakfast is served with organized food always fresh and fruits are fresh and tasty. We return to the hotel each time we are in Curitiba.

Once I booked as I relied on the pictures and a picture of a 4 stars hotel, you assumed it is a good place to stay. I did not realised that was too cheap for a 4 star hotel though. Once arrived, poor staff were working with a fan air conditioning was just for guests. Once I got into the room, it was filthy and quite stinky. It stay for a night.

El Hotel tiene un estilo señorial de tiempos pasados. La zona del lobby revestida en madera y con bellos pisos, tiene de un lado la recepción y del otro un pequeño bar y algunas mesas, que estan delante de lo que seria la puerta de acceso al pequeño lugar donde sirven el desayuno. Entiendo que esta bien que mantengan el estilo de antaño, pero las habitaciones y sus baños piden a gritos una renovación. A mi me tocó una hab que da a un lugubre pozo de aire, oscuro y triste y derruido. Y el baño, sin ventanas, cubierto de granito también oscuro, da jna terrible impresion por antiguo y lúgubre. Y ademas se escucha todos los sonidos de las habitaciones contiguas, hasta cuando tiran la cadena o abren la ducha. El desayuno, tan mentado por internet, no fue nada a destacar, faltaron opciones y las que habian no parecian frescas. En fin, frente a tanto señorío esperaba otra cosa. No volveria

Banheiro com cheiro de urina muito forte, e sem sabonete. Ao solicitar sabonete para os atendentes, disseram que no horário (próximo das 23 hrs), não tinha camareira no hotel, e por isso não tinha como disponibilizar os sabonetes... Ora, como não conseguem acesso a sabonetes para o hospede, tendo em vista que as camareiras não deixaram no quarto? Além disso, toalhas com cheiro de barata, enfim, experiência nada agradável. No checkout, ainda querem cobrar uma taxa de serviço, por um serviço que não foi prestado, essa foi uma experiência nada agradável, em um hotel que já havia me hospedado outras vezes. Provavelmente, a última vez.

Chegamos no quarto ele cheirava a mofo, o banheiro com cheiro de urina muito forte, tinham toalhas usadas atrás da porta e a fronha cheirava a creme de cabelo de provavelmente outro hóspede que dormiu lá e o cheiro de creme era muito forte, tirei a fronha pra conseguir dormir e ainda fiquei com coceira na cabeça. Graças a Deus foi só por uma noite. Café da manhã com máquina de café quebrada, comida requentada. Filme de terror.
