Not enough staff checking in, huge queues of people complaining. The poor receptionist was snowed under and taking so much abuse from unhappy customers. When asked for an iron and board I was told to go to the shopping centre a few minutes away - very poor service.

Para um hotel 4 estrelas, a estadia foi pessima. Quarto velho, sem cadeiras, sem copos ou talheres. Me cobraram 15 reais por um prato mais garfo e faca e 100 reais para usar um par de taças, ora tomar um vinho. Nao ficaria hospedada novamente.
