O hotel é bem simples, os quartos também. Estava super frio e não tinha cobertores disponíveis no quarto, tivemos que solicitar. O ar quente do quarto também não funcionou. Pontos positivos: TODOS são uns queridos, super simpáticos, o café da manhã é ótimo, o hotel fica muito bem localizado e tem estacionamento anexo. Pra quem vai a trabalho e quer uma estadia com preço acessível, básica, é otimo!

O Hotel fica numa área muito próxima do Shopping Estação (menos de 200 metros) o que é muito prático para você sair para jantar e tem inúmeras opções a disposição. Atendentes muitos educados e prestativos, hotel surpreendeu no café da manhã, muitos hotéis não tem a variedade e opção que este hotel oferece no café da manhã. Quarto e banheiro são pequenos mas atendem para a necessidade de apenas uma pernoite, principalmente porque a cama é bem confortável.

Havia 3 banheiros no térreo. 2 estavam interditados e 1 estava inutilizável de tão sujo. Não tinha pia para lavar as mãos no restaurante (café) ou nas proximidades, caso necessário (deveria ser obrigatório). O carpete do quarto estava encharcado, pois a água do box do banheiro corre para o quarto. Não tem interfone no quarto, portanto, é preciso descer p/ tratar qqer assunto. Tomei banho quente só qdo cheguei, pois já no dia seguinte a água estava congelando (a caldeira não funcionou). Os funcionários são bons, nenhum tem culpa de nada.

O hotel está em reforma as fotos que aparecem no site são do primeiro andar e somente o primeiro andar está confortável, como fiquei no segundo, o banheiro alaga e molhou o carpete do quarto e não foi feita limpeza do quarto nos dias que fiquei hospedada, mas o café da manhã muito bom.

A estadia foi excelente! O primeiro atendimento, os rapazes foram gentis e prestativos. Na saída domingo, 26/02/2020 a moça foi grossa e arrogante. Por que tinha passado do meio dia. Tudo é muito longe, e se demos entrada às 16 horas, não tinha necessidade de, na frente de outros hóspedes, dizer que teríamos que ter saido ao meio dia. Ninguém sai exatamente meio dia. No site está dizendo que a saída é das12 às 14. Estávamos no horário. Ainda inventou que tinha ligado pro meu celular.

O quarto razoável, camas e travesseiros horríveis, cama muito dura desconfortável e travesseiro sem comentários, as 03 horas da manhã tive que sair atrás de travesseiro ninguém conseguia dormir , o banheiro tem uma goteira na válvula do vaso incomoda noite toda , que pena porque a localização é excelente e o Atendimento foi muito bom.
