Horrivel a mimha estadia!

A unica situacao boa foi as meninas da Noite na recepcao e o atendente Rui que me.salvou trocando de quarto apos a descarga aptesentar defeito. O Atendente chamado Julio precisa de passar por uma reciclagem nenhum prestatividade e sempre de.cara feia com os hospedes e ainda me.colocou num quarto com porta quebrada cheirando a esgoto o banheirk Horrivel.

Estivemos hospedados duas noites, usamos o estacionamento parceiro que é próximo do hotel. Atendimento dos recepcionistas muito boa, café razoável, as toalhas de banho são de tamanho menor q o normal, e a troca de roupa de cama só é feito com 48h, se precisar fazer a troca antes tem custo. Precisei solicitar mais um travesseiro e foi aceito sem custo adicional. Dentro do valor proposto compensa além da boa localização.

Não vale a pena

Não foi uma experiencia muito boa, sem estacionamento no hotel, tivemos que deixar o carro num estacionamento pago a parte, e carregar as malas até o hotel, mesmo sendo perto era perigoso devido ao grande número de moradores de rua, o café da manhã é muito abaixo da média, o colchão muito mole, o trinco da porta do banheiro ficava caindo, o hotel necessita urgente de manutenção. Ponto positivo: 1. a localização; 2. o atendimento dos funcionários.

Chegamos no hotel, tivemos um excelente recepção, o quarto era simples, o diferencial era a cama q era muito confortável.. porém a televisão nao funcionava e a porta do banheiro tinha algum problema.. enfim tirando isso a qualidade foi muito boa, o cafe da manhã também foi Excelente!

Excelente custo benefício

Hospedagem de excelente custo benefício, principalmente para quem passará o dia inteiro fazendo turismo. É central e muito perto dos principais pontos turísticos e de acesso ao ônibus da linha de turismo. Tem um bom café da manhã e os preços dos produtos do frigobar são bem justos!!!

Excelente Custo Benefício para fazer a Maratona

Excelente quarto, espaçoso com uma varandinha para a avenida. Boa localização: Shopping Mueller vai andando, mercado Max 3 quarteirões, farmácia, mercadinhos, lojinhas, feirinha. tudo muito perto. Se for fazer a Maratona de Curitiba dá pra ir andando para o ponto de largada, Se for para o Jardim Botânico fica R$ 15 o Uber.

Boa localização Maratona de Curitiba

Ótima localização, fica no centro de Curitiba, muito perto do Shopping Mueller( vai andando) perto de mercado(Marcado Max 3 Quarteirões), Eu fui para fazer a Maratona de Curitiba, fiquei perto da largada, fui andando.R$ 15,00 de Uber para ir no Jardim Botânico.

Les chambres sont très vieilles il y a le minimum requis, pas de possibilité d'accrocher des serviettes, la porte-fenêtre ne ferme pas alors qu'on est au premier étage, le mur est très abîmé et il n'y a pas de double fenêtre donc il fait froid dans la chambre qui est sans radiateur. Le personnel correct. Hôtel juste fait pour être en transit mais pas pour y rester longtemps.

A estadia foi boa. Entretanto, a comunicação não é a melhor, o que gera um certo desconforto. A sensação é que os hospedes sofrem uma desconfiança, a começar pelo "contrato" que temos que assinar no início. Além disso, foi comunicado de maneira errada o horário do café da manhã e não houve a troca das toalhas, apesar de ter passado 48 horas, conforme o regulamento - vale dizer, quando se está em viagem de férias, você quer relaxar, não ler e memorizar uma série de regras. O café da manhã e a localização são as vantagens do hotel.

Estrutura extremamente velha, elevador parece que vai cair a qualquer momento. O ar condicionado é muito barulhento e, mesmo no 16°, gela muito pouco. O colchão muito velho, tem um buraco em que você fica dentro e, pra ajudar, fica rangendo quando se mexe.

A experiência não é ruim, mas o quarto não tem ar, por sorte Curitiba geralmente não é quente, mas faz muita diferença ter ou não ar-condicionado. Essa informação é tão importante que não deveria passar despercebida no anúncio, e deveria estar em destaque a referida informação, sem isso, soa até um pouco de má-fé em jogar a culpa depois na "falta de atenção" do cliente, fora isso, no geral é uma experiência aceitável.
