I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

O fato do quarto das crianças ser separado do quarto do casal, foi ótimo. Café da manhã bem movimentado, mas organizado. Só a janela do banheiro que não fechava direito e entrava um frio, mas no dia que fui não estava muito frio, então não foi um problema.

Raro alguém da equipe do hotel te atender bem. Não foi explicado desde o primeiro dia, como é que a água, poderia aquecer. Então no primeiro dia, a água foi morna, numa cidade com clima tão frio. O quarto não foi limpo em nenhum dos dias da hospedagem.

Quarto diferente do solicitado na reserva, estávamos eu e meu esposo e nossa filha, no quarto só tinha 1 toalha d banho, tivemos q solicitar, não tinha toalha d chão e nem d rosto. Ficamos em Curitiba estava frio e só tinha Uma coberta, solicitamos mais, mas demorou uns 40min p entregarem. No banheiro tem vazamento na descarga. Prédio Velho e precisando de reparos no banheiro, faltando alguns azulejos no box. Portas são brancas e sujas. Solicitemos na recepção se tinha como conseguir água quente, a moça informou q só tinha microondas mas nem xícara tinha. Apenas copo plástico p esquentar a água. Na recepção o banheiro feminino não fica aberto tem q pegar a chave com eles. Nem papel toalha tinha tbm. Com vazamento na pia. Não retorno mais nesse local pq já fiquei em outros hotéis com o mesmo preço e em melhores condições em geral.

Hotel velho, caindo aos pedaços, ficamos sem água uma manhã inteira e os funcionários só enrolando, prometendo que voltaria em meia hora!!! Nunca tinha lugar para sentar no café da manhã. Lugar perigoso e o estacionamento fica a 200 metros do hotel, imagina andar de noite naquele lugar horrível. Nunca mais volto.

Frustração

Para passar apenas 1 noite, ok. Abrir a porta do quarto foi uma crescente de frustrações. Começou por ser uma chave normal, revelando a falta de atualização do Hotel. Acendendo a luz estava muito fraca. A mobilha era bastante velha. A aparência do quarto não era como a mostrada na foto. Chuveiro não esquentava muito, mas deu para tomar banho legal. Quando apagamos a luz para dormir parecia que a lâmpada continuou acesa. Café da manhã estava simples, mas bom. Tínhamos ligado para verificar sobre o estacionamento. Disseram que estava tudo certo, mas chegando no local não estava tudo certo.

Foi boa no geral. Café bom, atendimento na média. Localização boa bem no centro, mas ficamos em um AP de frente para Rua no 1° andar, então era bem barulhento e difícil pra dormir, por conta das passagens de ônibus e motos. Ficamos decepcionadoa com a limpeza, pois não havia. Parece que a pessoa só entrava no quarto para arrumar a cama e tirar o lixo mais nada. Todos os dias que passamos o chão não foi limpo, parece que nem uma vassoura por cima era passada. Quando chegamos não tinha toalhas o suficiente para todos, tivemos que pedir e não havia tapete no banheiro. Eles simplesmente informaram que não havia mais. Depois um novo atendente nos conseguiu um tapete, mas no outro dia foi retirado do banheiro (mesmo não sendo limpo, pois o chão continuou bem sujo e com restos de cabelo), pedi um novo e não consegui novamente. O hotel tem um grande problema com o cheiro de esgoto no quarto. Se deixar o ralo do boxe aberto fica um cheiro insuportável. E infelizmente fomos surpreendidos com a falta de estacionamento. Até tem um pequeno mais você tem que pagar a parte estava 35,00 a diária. De todos os hotéis que já ficamos em todo o Brasil esse foi o primeiro que nos cobrou estacionamento a parte, fiquei decepcionada.

Impossível entrar em contato via telefone e o WhatsApp demorou 8h pra responder. Não tem tapete no chão do banheiro. Área de café da manhã muito pequena para o tamanho do hotel. Tem sempre alguém esperando lugar pra sentar. Muito bem localizado. Quarto confortável e super quentinho. Fui em época de frio e não precisava de casaco dentro do quarto.
