I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Ar condicionado, não funcionou Quarto sujo, lâmpadas queimadas Um funcionário salvou o hotel, muito atencioso querendo ajudar, acho que o nome dele é Gustavo, mas um outro que estava lá, não quis nem dizer o nome Péssima experiência com esse hotel, já no rede Vernon foi ótimo. Mas esse hotel Guaíra não recomendo a ninguém.

O quarto que me colocaram nao deveria nem estar aberto pra hospedagem! Sem ar condicionado no quarto de duas camas de solteiro e no quarto de casal o ar nao funcionava. Eu sabia que o hotel era simples mas simplicidade nao quer dizer q nao possa ser limpo e cheiroso.Reclamei e me trocaram de hotal, da mesma rede, im pouco melhor que o primeiro mas mesmo.assim MUITO A DESEJAR NA LIMPEZA, tinha um cheiro ruim... de roupa de cama mal lavada. Pelo menos o ar funcionava, fiquei pq esta a com 2 crianças e nao podia desiatir mais. NAO RECOMENDO A REDE!

O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente. O problema foi o quarto estava com um buraco na janela. O qual foi passado para o pessoal da recepção duas vezes e nada foi feito. O quarto estava sujo ou melhor o banheiro muito mais que o quarto. O hotel está precisando de manutenção, a internet no quarto não estava funcionando e a tv também não estava funcionando. O café da manhã até que estava bom.
