As a non portuguese speaking American I could not think of a better place to stay. The food and entertainment are top rate. I have been to Curitiba many times and this is the 3rd time at this property.i highly recommend it.

Polite and professional staff, excellent breakfast, spacious room BUT the internet was absolutely horrible! Slow, always dropping and inconsistent connectivity. If you are a digital nomad or a business person requiring a reliable connection, you will be severely frustrated. Especially if you are using a VPN. I ended up having a reserve a nearby apartment along with this reservation so that I could have a reliable internet connection.

Estivemos hospedados por 3 noites num apto de categoria superior. O apto era grande, bem mobiliado e iluminado. A limpeza deixou a desejar. O banheiro precisa urgente de reforma. Chuveiro ruim, iluminação deficiente. O serviço de quarto foi decepcionante. Cardápio fraco e apresentação sofrível. O bar só funciona à noite. O hotel precisa de uma revitalização.

Vale muito a pena pela localização, pela simpatia dos colaboradores e principalmente pelo Full Jazz Bar, anexo ao hotel… infelizmente o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas isso penso que o hotel pode tomar providências! No mais, recomendo muito!

esse hotel tem um problema de falta de treinamento quanto ao tratamento e atendimento dos funcionários para com os hóspedes, o café da manhã deixa a desejar pelo valor da diária e aliás se vc chegar 30 minutos antes de terminar o horário do café é como se vc estivesse pedindo por favor para fazer essa refeição pela qual vc pagou .
