Staff spoke English and very friendly and helpful when needed. The location is better than some hotels near Parque Osorio. Super Muffato close by and Restaurant Alameda near the park has a very good lunch buffet. 😋 Rooms are big and, depending on the side of the hotel, very quiet. I will stay there again when in Curitiba.

Achei a recepcionista bem antipática, principalmente quando perguntei porque iriam desligar a energia logo de madrugada, na hora do descanso dos hospedes. Achei o povo bem sem noção em desligar a energia de noite pra arrumar um elevador, porque não fazer isso de dia quando os hospedes não estão no hotel? E ainda por cima estava muito calor e a recepcionista mandou eu abrir a janela pra dormir, como se isso fosse resolver o problema de calor. Meu Deus, que povo sem noção. Fora o mau atendimento e falta de noção, o apartamento é bom, grande, no quarto quase não se ouve barulho, porém achei muito escuro, falta iluminação no quarto, banheiro, sala. O café da manha é bom, nada extraordinário, a cama é boa, lençóis também. O melhor é a localização. Também comi dois pratos no hotel, comida deliciosa.

A localização é wxcelente! Tudo proximo e facil. Os atendentes do café da manhã sao maravilhosos! Fazem tudo com muito amor, cordialidade, eficiência! Agregam valor ao Staff do Hotel! Ficamos encantados com o quarto, mesmo sendo antigo. Enorme, confortavel. O chão do quarto e do banheiro tinha muita fuligem, necessitando ser melhor varrido, passar pano umido pra limpar melhor . Mas a rua é movimentada demais, por essa razão, entra muita poeira. Os funcionários da recepção, tanto os do dia quanto os da noite foram muito atenciosos, com destaque para os jovens, um rapaz de cabelo maior e uma moça bonita, nos ajudaram com dicas e cordialidade. Passamos maravilhosamente bem nesse Hotel durante os muitos dias hospedados.
