Staff spoke English and very friendly and helpful when needed. The location is better than some hotels near Parque Osorio. Super Muffato close by and Restaurant Alameda near the park has a very good lunch buffet. 😋 Rooms are big and, depending on the side of the hotel, very quiet. I will stay there again when in Curitiba.

Hotel antigo, armário na recepção quebrado, mal-cuidado. Quarto com iluminação ruim, com acessórios quebrados, móveis velhos. Não havia estacionamento disponível (estava frio e chovendo e teríamos que pagar por um estacionamento a mais de um quarteirão do hotel). Recepcionista pouco colaborativa. Não ficamos hospedados pois, além de ruim, o ambiente não nos passou sensação de segurança. Mesmo com a diária paga, optamos por procurar outra hospedagem.

Ficamos hospedados no último andar do hotel , apto 1204 , onde , parecia , que as máquinas dos elevadores estavam dentro do quarto . Barulho dia e noite , sempre que o elevador era usado. Café da manhã sem muitas opções , todo dia a mesma coisa e com as sobras do dia anterior sendo servidas no outro dia nitidamente . O quarto é limpo diarimente , espaçoso e a equipe foi muito atenciosa .

É um hotel antigo, mas tudo funciona muito bem. A limpeza é adequada, funcionários gentis e educados. O café da manhã muito bom, com variedades e reposição adequada. A única coisa que nos desagradou foi a garagem, que apesar de paga deixa muito a desejar, é extremamente pequena, e difícil de estacionar, se for uma veículo maior é quase impossível. A sugestão é: não ofereçam garagem se as condições não são boas, há estacionamentos pagos com uma viabilidade melhor. De resto é um bom hotel pelo custo benefício.
