Fizer a reserva no hotel, confirmei por whastapp e la me informaram que era outro hotel. Tive que pagar mais caro que o combinado.

Insatisfação

Fiz uma reserva pra minha esposa , eu e minha filha de 9 anos, recebi email de confirmação, quando cheguei para faze o check-in, o atendente falou que tinha a reserva porém era pra uma pessoa, ja era 22h falou pra procura outro hotel pois nao tinha vaga para 3 pessoas , insisti , ele falou com o gerente ele falou que tinha um quarto com cama de casal , tive que dormir em três pessoas numa cama estreita, mal podia nos mexer , ainda foi cobrado diferença no valor, só aceitei pra não ter que sai procura outro lugar tarde da noite pois estávamos cansados da viagem

Localização muito Boa,Mais as pessoas que trabalham na recepção não sabem informar aonde ficam os pontos turísticos.Hotel antigo estrutura antiga mais bem localizado na área central.Café da manhã não tem muita opção mais Enche a barriga.

Agradável

O hotel está localizado na região central de Curitiba, trata-se de um hotel simples, porém acolhedor, o atendimento na recepção é excelente e o café da manhã atende as expectativas, não se trata de um hotel para quem deseja ostentar, mas na minha opinião está muito bom para quem busca um hotel com preço acessível, bons serviços e excelente localização, pois está perto de tudo. A limpeza eu achei excelente, parabéns a pessoa responsável.

Happy, clean, updated

Very clean. Updated hotel. Breakfast amazing. Also for some reason their towel smelled like dog or pet hair. Don’t know how to describe it. That was shocking but other than that really clean. I was happy

Fim de Semana em Curitiba

Tive um pequeno desencontro de informações, mas no geral o atendimento foi legal, bem explicado. Só o local, que como em qualquer centro de grande cidade, encontramos alguns moradores de ruas fazendo uso inadequado do espaço público. Em contraponto o hotel fica do lado da Rua 15 de Novembro, uma rua cheia de lojas e diversidade cultural, tal como a apresentação do Palácio Encantado do Natal.

Hotel aconchegante e com bom atendimento

O Hotel é antigo e estilo tradicional. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e gentis e o serviço é muito bom. Café da manhã bem servido e local aconchegante do desjejum. Quem pega quarto de fundos deve passar muito bem, pois o que mais tenho a reclamar é do barulho. Recomendo levar protetor de ouvido para dormir. O local é perto da rua 15 e cerca de duas quadras do shopping Muller, mas nao da pra sair a noite ou em feriado a pé, é mal frequentada a região. Se for nesses horarios tem que ser de Uber mesmo.

Cervantes vive!

Espetacular. O hotel, mesmo simples, é muito confortável e limpo. As pessoas de uma educação única. O único detalhe que pode ser analisado é quanto ao acesso de pessoas com deficiência porque não há elevador.

Bom !! a minha estada no local foi boa.

Bem localizado, bom cafe da manha, sem barulho interno, bom quarto cama, chuveiro e internet. O hotel apesar de antigo oferece um conforto bom com geladeira no quarto e tv.

Perfeito na Limpeza

Trata-se de um hotel muito antigo. Não tem elevador, quarto com carpete. E fica em uma rua muito movimentada que se ouve todo o barulho de transito para quartos com janela para a rua.

Hotel bem localizado, simples, os funcionários bem prestativos. Ponto negativo: não tinha sabonete nos quartos e não tem garagem, e a garagem que eles recomendam fica a uns 150 à 200m, e a noite é bem perigoso, devido a muitos mendigos, drogados e pessoas mal encaradas trafegando pelas redondezas do hotel.

Bom custo benefício

Hotel bem antigo localizado no centro (que não é tão agradável de sair a noite). A estrutura do hotel é um pouco ruim de modo que você escuta absolutamente tudo de todos os quartos (inclusive a descarga). Café da manhã bom. Sinceramente, hotel é para dormir, porque o restante do dia você passa fora. Então por isso vale o custo-benefício

Ficamos quatro dias no Cervantes. É um hotel bem simples, antigo. Achamos os profissionais da recepção muito rígidos. O café da manhã era bom, e foram solícitos quando pedimos, em dois dias, para comer antes do horário de início (7h). O hotel parece melhor pelas fotos do que realmente é, cama e travesseiros não chegam a ser desconfortáveis, mas não são confortáveis.

Reservei este hotel pelo preço acessível e pela proximidade de uma das linhas expressas de ônibus para melhor deslocamento por Curitiba. Seu mobiliário é antigo, mas as acomodações são boas. Recomento aos que buscam uma acomodação simples, fato que possibilita uma diária acessível, e localização central, pois o hotel fica a uma quadra da Praça Santos Andrade e a uma quadra da Rua das Flores (como é conhecido o trecho inicial da Rua XV de Novembro)

Hotel e móveis antigos. O quarto estava limpo. Está localizado em área central perigosa para circulação após as 18h. Não tem estacionamento próprio, mas sim conveniado a duas quadras. Bom para estadias rápidas.

Charme e atendimento ótimos, em estilo vintage.

Hotel do tipo expresso, para passar a noite e só! Quarto básico porém extremamente limpo, um capricho. Ótimo banho, quarto relativamente espaçoso se tratando de um hotel expresso, possui frigobar. Quartos não possuem ar condicionado, somente ventilador, mas isso em Curitiba realmente não faz falta, devido ao clima ameno na maior parte do ano. O café é básico, porém muito bem preparado e, o principal: o atendimento!!! Atendimento exemplar, com atendentes cordiais, educados e prontos para te ajudar o tempo inteiro. Destaque para o José, atendente da noite, um senhor fora do sério no quesito de bom atendimento. Com certeza voltaria ao hotel, sem dúvidas!!!
