O hotel é muito bom! O único problema é o funcionamento do restaurante no período do almoço! Como se sabe, esse serviço é terceirizado e, quanto ao horário de funcionamento para o almoço, induz os hóspedes a erro, vez que, não informam que os consumidores e os hóspedes devem desocupar o local impreterivelmente até as 14:30 horas, o que é um absurdo! Assim, no meu entender, o horário do término do atendimento deve mudar para às 13:30 horas, para viabilizar que os frequentador realizem o almoço em, no máximo, uma hora!

O único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã. Em um dos dias a máquina não estava funcionando. Em outro dia, os ovos estavam frios. Achei pouca variedade de frutas e bolos. Penso que um cuidado maior nesse setor agradaria mais seus hóspedes.
