The Bristol Brasil 500 was a unique looking hotel. The amenities and balcony view were wonderful. The staff was very kind. They did their best to communicate with me despite my lack of Portuguese. I highly recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel in the heart of Batel

Although it looks dated, my room was in excellent condition. Nice decor and furniture. Based opposite Curitiba shopping. Plenty of food outlets if you dont fancy the restaurant menu. Overall a nice hotel. Will use it again in the future. Thanks

Very good value at the time of year we visited compared to top hotels in other large cities we have visited. This part of Brazil is apparently a travel bargain in April. Only negative comments are that on some shifts English or Spanish speakers were not available. However, they were very helpful when they understood us. The hotel fitness center is inadequate. However, there is a nice gym nearby you can pay to use. Free breakfast buffet was enormous, if stocked with some items unfamiliar to Americans. I would expect to pay at least $20 for such a buffet in the US.

We love staying at Bristol! It’s perfectly located with an average of R$ 8 Uber ride to anywhere in the immediate bubble. It’s also right across the mall, where its a super convenience (clothes, food, pharmacy, laundry)! The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. Front desk agents speak English and some also Spanish. The prices are fair, but they could have better towels and blankets for that rate. Its also slightly outdated, and I wished their bar was actually active. Its a shame because its a great space. The breakfast is also really good, staff there are very nice too. Overall, while its not a perfect hotel; it’s my husband’s favorite place to stay in CWB.

O hotel parece antigo. Quartos grandes, poucas cobertas para o frio, nenhum utensílio de cozinha apesar de ter pia, geladeira e microondas. Café da manhã sem opção de não incluído na diária, e não é bom: pães estavam secos e o café de máquina ruim. Os sucos adoçados, sem opção de não! Ar condicionado não está dimensionado pro tamanho do quarto. Sem tomadas 220V. Infelizmente foi minha primeira e última vez neste hotel.

Foi boa, a cama e travesseiros confortáveis, pedimos mais um travesseiro para apoio de cabeça, pois a TV 32" fica longe, não faz sentido a localização dela tendo espaço prox. a cama. Tem pia, micro ondas e chaleira elétrica, não tem nenhum talher e só havia 1 caneca. Falta estes acessórios. A vista do apartamento é linda, 15* andar que parece 25*, localização excelente. Precisa melhorar o blackout das janelas e urgente as toalhas de banho, muito velhas!!!! O café da manhã falta certa sofisticação, variedade ok, mas a qualidade de alguns produtos não atende a expectativa de um Hotel 4 estrelas. Precisa informar o valor do estacionamento, custa R$38. Uma placa informando evitaria desconfortos. Todos os funcionários são EXCELENTES!

Hotel muito bom, excelente localização, ao lado do shopping Curitiba. A única ressalva é sobre a área do café da manhã, o espaço não consegue acomodar todos os hóspedes dependendo da quantidade de pessoas hospedadas. Houve dias em que havia fila de espera e uma certa desorganização na fila.
