Center of city

Is the first hotel 5 stars of Curitiba, beautiful and makes part of city culture! Breakfast wonderful… But, like the oldest hotel need to fix the toilet flush, mirrors, and bedding mattresses…! Still a really good hotel in the best part of the heart center of Curitiba! No regrets at all!

The services was lacking. You expect more from well known brand like Burbon. The staff were nice and pleasant but the service was lacking for a 4 star hotel. An example of this was when they cut the water off at 10 am and didn't informed us,so I can schedule myself around the inconvenienced! The rooms were little outdated and the sheet seems old. The shower was one of the best thing from the room. The service provided better fit a 2-3 star hotel but not a 4 star hotel. Also for the price you pay definitely not worth it.

A piscina deve ser informada na descrição que não tem aquecimento, um dos motivos de termos escolhido este hotel, é o fato de ter piscina para nosso filho, porém, no inverno com a água fria foi inviável o uso.

Bom hotel com ótimo atendimento.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, boa estrutura e excelente atendimento. Esse é o ponto alto do hotel, a equipe de atendimento é muita bem preparada; simpatia e cordialidade são notáveis neste hotel. A limpeza também é outro ponto positivo, e o café da manhã um pouco abaixo das expectativas. Única decepção foi a piscina, cujas informações em sites de busca como Booking e Decolar informam que o hotel conta com piscina aquecida, o que não corresponde com a realidade. Esse item foi preponderante na nossa escolha pelo hotel, uma vez que temos uma criança que contava com isso, e ficou extremamente decepcionada por não poder utilizar a piscina com água fria. Acho que o hotel deve corrigir imediatamente estas informações para que outros hóspedes saibam exatamente o que irão encontrar, para assim evitar decepções, principalmente se tratando de crianças. No mais, é um bom hotel, o qual recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Pior estadia da minha vida

Não atenderam ligaçoes ou mensagens para ver se tinham algo especial para o dia dos namorados, houve atraso no check in, quarto disponibilizado somente 15:35, me fizeram perder uma reuniao extremamente importantamte e o quarto foi disponibilizado só apos muita reclamação. Quarto disponibilizado não funcionava aquecedor nem tinha coberta extra, passamos frio na primeira noite. Hotel mao disponiniliza grade para proteção em camas que serão para crianças. Apóss troca de quarto por nao funcionar o aquecedor, no outro dia simplesmente não fizeram a arrumação do quarto (avisamos pessoalmente que queriamos e deixamos na porta o negocio que pede para limpar). Não atenderam nenhuma vez ligações feitas a recepcao (para falar do problema domaquecedor, para pedir toalha e ammenities pois não tinha sido feita a limpeza) foram mais de 15 tentativas ao longo da estadia e nunca foi atendida. Concierge sem ninguem para atender. Cafe da manha ficava sem reposicao de alguns itens ja as 9:40 sendo que o cafe ia ate as 10:00. Para finalizar no dia de ir embora largaram o carrinho de limpeza no meio do corredor e ai ao tentar passar se esprememdo junto a parede o carrinho tinha um pedaco de ferro pra fora que rasgou uma blusa minha de mais de R$ 3.500,00. Tudo isso informado a gerencia que so deu um pedido de desculpas
