Giant room, pleasant staff and pretty decent breakfast. Expedia has this as a 4-star hotel but I don’t agree. Sheets and towels could be much better, as well as providing extra pillows rather than just one per bed. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but it was good as well.

O quarto entregue não correspondia ao que foi reservado. Ao questionar a recepção, fui informado que não havia outra opção disponível. A toalha de banho estava furada, o chuveiro quase não tinha vazão de água e os travesseiros eram antigos desconfortáveis. A estadia foi bastante versátil, com uma equipe extremamente atenciosa, querida e sempre disposta a ajudar. O quarto estava limpo e bem organizado, embora seja possível perceber que o prédio é um pouco mais antigo. O café da manhã é bom e cumpre bem a proposta, apesar de não oferecer uma grande variedade. Um ponto a observar é que o espaço destinado ao café é relativamente pequeno para a capacidade do hotel, o que em alguns horários gera espera por mesas, além de ser um ambiente um pouco quente. Ainda assim, nada disso chega a desabonar totalmente a experiência, que foi positiva no geral.

Em relação à minha estadia no hotel, gostaria de registrar alguns pontos que não foram positivos. O primeiro diz respeito à cama, cujo colchão considerei bastante duro, o que acabou impactando meu conforto. Outro ponto importante foi a falta de informação sobre o estacionamento. Eu e meu namorado estávamos de carro e, no anúncio da hospedagem, constava que havia estacionamento disponível. No entanto, em nenhum momento foi informado que esse serviço era cobrado. Sinceramente, já me hospedei em diversos hotéis e essa foi a primeira vez em que o estacionamento foi tarifado separadamente. O valor de R$ 28,00 para utilização do estacionamento foi informado apenas no momento do check-in. Não teria qualquer problema com a cobrança caso essa informação estivesse descrita de forma clara no anúncio do site em que fiz a reserva, inclusive revisei todos os itens do anúncio e essa informação não constava. No momento do check-out, informei ao funcionário da recepção que registraria essa situação nesta avaliação. Assim, deixo como sugestão que o hotel melhore a comunicação no anúncio, informando previamente esse tipo de cobrança, para evitar surpresas e garantir mais transparência aos hóspedes.
