My stay was very good overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The gym was decent and had the basic equipment needed for a workout. The kitchen was also useful and had what I needed for simple meals. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff that I had face to face contact with at All Batel were kind and helpful. The property was also very good. My experience with the host company was terrible. I had to argue with them to obtain housekeeping services after they promised it to me when I extended my stay. Getting simple instructions like turning on the induction top stove through the host was also a major production where I was required to film myself attempting to turn it on. These issues may not be surprising for a small company, but Yogha isn't small. The other problem I had was accessing laundry services through the app OMO. AllBatel said they were unable to help. OMO said they would need to refer the issue to their IT Department and that required at least a 36 hour window. OMO never contacted me after that. Apparently, if you are a traveler from another country, you are not a priority. One thing to note, online apps are big in Brazil. I was able to access AllBatels mini food area because I had applied and received a CPF number. The other barrier to apps is not having a Brazilian bank account. Brazilian residency is a requirement for that.

Infelizmente cheguei no quarto e não tinha sido limpo, inclusive ainda com a roupa de cama do hóspede anterior. Daí tive que pedir para mudar de quarto que demorou cerca de 40 minutos para ser resolvido. Mas mesmo assim a limpeza deixou a desejar no outro quarto, pó nos móveis, mesa e chão sujos que parece que não via pano a muito tempo. E para finalizar a cama do quarto que eu fiquei extremamente desconfortável.

A acomodação é exatamente como descrito. Oferece muitas comodidades. Algo que não tem sido eficiente, é o recebimento das informações finais com a senha da porta, número do apartamento e etc. Por duas vezes eu tive que entrar em contato pelo whatsapp para receber estas informações. Por outro lado, a equipe é rápida em responder, e auxiliam no processo quando há dificifuldades.

Na quinzena passada quando estive hospedado, o ambiente do quarto estava muito tudo muito bom. Mas dessa vez pecaram muito no quesito limpeza. A roupa de cama não trocada, só foi feita a arrumação da cama, mas os lençóis estavam usados e com muito cabelo por cima e algumas marcas de sujeira. E teve também as toalhas de banho e rosto, não foram trocadas. Estavam ainda molhadas e sujas. Solicitei a troca e só conseguimos pegando em outro apartamento. Então dá vez, infelizmente não tenho como dar uma boa avaliação por esses pontos que considero muito importantes em uma estadia ainda mais de 3 noites.

Pode-se confiar nas fotos e comentários. Ótimo custo- beneficio. Novíssimo. Excelente localização. Funcionários solicitos. Roupa de cama ótima. Cozinha com tudo, inclusive louças e talheres. Numa cidade tão aprazível, nosso quarto dava vista para as janelas de um prédio ao lado. Uma pena. Quarto totalmente funcional. Detalhe de menor importância, não recebemos sabonete, shampoo e toca de banho. Para quem precisar, a poucos metros a Confeitaria Holandeza, excelente café da manhã. Parabéns para o administrador.

O local foi tudo aquilo que monstrava nas fotos, aliás, até surpreendeu ... nem melhor que eu esperava. Limpeza e acomodação nota 10. Internet com velocidade bacana. Tv com possibilidade de assistir Net Flix, Prime e Disney +. Com certeza irei voltar mais vezes.

O prédio possui várias comodidades, incluindo conviniência, lavanderia (paga pelo usuário), academia, espaçp de convivência. Os flats são lindos, muito bem limpos e estruturados. Super bem localizando a 2 quadras do shopping Curitiba. É muuuito bom, o que eu não gosto muito é d toda vez ter que fazer check-in enviando foto do documento e tirando selfie. Uma vez que eu já me hospedei, esses dados deveriam estar salvos e me poupar desse tempo.
