We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner. One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time. Our room wasn’t one of the newer refurbished rooms, as none were available to book, which was understandable. However, the shower was a real disappointment. The water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to boiling hot without anyone touching the controls, making it very difficult to shower comfortably, especially with a child. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay. The only other issue was smoking in the evenings. While we understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, the number of pe

Travelled in June 2024 with family, great entertainment based resort on the seaside of Curinga/Acconia. Well organised, we fully enjoyed the experience and holiday too, beautiful rooms and amenities. Great authentic Italian food and premium drinks served at all the times, definitely recommend the All-inclusive formula. Live music at evenings and night with local band (bravo and applauses to all the guys of the band!) Marvellous “fritto di Caterina” and beach bar walking distance from the resort. Round of applauses for the kids club organisation “Falky” with everyday different activities entertained by the lovely staff, in particular Lilly, Ilenia and Abril who were absolutely fantastic and attentive towards the little ones! Our child loved the atmosphere and the kids club staff. Amazing staff, from reception to chefs and waiters that effortlessly prepared everything to perfection on daily basis, in both of the main restaurant and in the “Pentolo and Grill”… you must try the outstanding “Paccheri with seafood” Well done also to housekeeping team for the cleaning and organisation of the rooms! Definitely RECOMMEND and looking forward to go back!

Unser Zimmer war groß. Es ist ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Anlage schaut sehr gepflegt aus. Es gibt genug Beschäftigung: Paddel Tennis, Tennis, Mini Golf, Drehfußball, Tischtennis usw. Es gibt sogar ein Outdoorkino! Wahnsinn. Der Kinder Pool ist groß. Es geht dort rund. Es gibt zwei Rutschen und einen kleinen Wasserpark zum Spielen. Der Weg zum Meer führt durch einen Wald. Ist wunderbar! Der Strand selber ist auch sehr cool. Das Meer ist toll. Wird gleich mal tief. Die Beachbar ist auch sehr cool und man bekommt alles was man braucht! Man hat die Möglichkeit auch Wassersportarten auszuüben! Das einzige was ich negativ sagen muss ist, dass die Gläser immer schmutzig waren. Das war ein bisschen grausig. Hab dann aber doch immer ein sauberes gefunden. Und die Frühstückswürstchen und Eier sind in dem einen Restaurant immer kalt gewesen. Auch Al ich es erwähnt hab wurde nicht reagiert. Im Gegenteil, es wurde fast so hingestellt als würde ich pingelig sein. Mehr fällt mir aber wirklich nicht ein! Es sind alle seeeehr nett. In der Umgebung ist nichts. Das ist für den ein oder anderen vielleicht wichtig. Wir sind mit Uber vom Flughafen angereist.

Siamo arrivati intorno alle 14. Il tempo di fare il ck in, riparcheggiare l’auto ed organizzarci con il nostro neonato di 3 mesi siamo arrivati a pranzo, che abbiamo pagato 50€, intorno alle 14.15 circa. Purtroppo stavano iniziando a chiudere e abbiamo mangiato qualcosa di ciò che abbiamo trovato mentre il personale iniziava a togliere le portate. Alla reception non mi hanno manco chiesto se avevo necessità di aiuto per i bagagli ed alla mia domanda mi hanno risposto fuori ci sono i carrellini. Ho noleggiato 2 asciugamani lasciando 50€ di caparra ed al momento di riprendere la caparra mi viene detto che devo pagare 4€ per il servizio degli asciugamani. Il personale intorno la struttura gentilissimo è tutti grandi lavoratori ma alla reception esperienza bruttissima. Alla mia esposizione del pranzo non fatto, pur avendo un neonato di 5 mesi la risposta è stata se volete rimanete a cena. Per noi impossibile stare un giorno intero fuori sotto il sole con il neonato, senza avere una camera. La cosa che mi ha lasciato ancora di più dispiaciuto è che agli amici nostri, che hanno avuto la stessa esperienza con il pranzo sono stati restituiti 75€. Mi dispiace tanto, mi aspettavo una gestione più attenta al cliente visto l’importo pagato per un all inclusive.

Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen erfolgt ausschließlich mit Taxis, die immer versuchen, dich zu betrügen. Nicht ein einziges Mal wurde der Taxameter benutzt. Uber ist in der Gegend nicht verfügbar, obwohl es in der App so aussieht, als wäre es das. Bonuspunkt: Mein Kind hat sich in den letzten Tagen mit dem Rotavirus angesteckt, nachdem ich persönlich zwei andere Kinder in der Anlage gesehen habe, die sich übergeben mussten.

Keine Badehandtücher. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Von einem 4* Falkensteiner erwarte ich mehr. Schlechte Englischkenntnisse der meisten Mitarbeiter. Kaum Deutsch im Kidsclub. Unsere Kinder wollte da leider nicht mehr hin, obwohl sie sonst gern gehen. Löchrige, alte Schirme am Strand.
