“Upon checking in was greeted by an unfriendly team member who was not welcoming. There is no lift in this hotel so we had to take our luggage down stairs and then upstairs which was horribly inconvenient. The room was ok but with no air conditioning it was much hotter inside than it was outside. There was a fan in the room that could have been turned on for us but wasn’t. There was only one towel in the bathroom, so my husband and I had to share as when we realized it was too late to request...

“The town of Brampton was a lovely spot to stay, with all the shops needed for wall walking at our fingertips. A small Wednesday farmer’s market was also a welcome surprise. Lack of elevators is an expected annoyance that comes with the territory, but the room was clean (if expensive) and the people were lovely.”

“Recently refurbished, rooms were clean and fresh and kept the original features of the property. Bathroom was lovely and bath a great size although did miss the option of grabbing a quick shower. Bathroom needs a blind or curtain please otherwise stunning room.”

“A warm greeting, a bedroom which met my needs and a delicious breakfast that was cooked to order. The parking is not directly adjacent to the hotel but you can park on the street overnight if preferred.”

“Staff were excellent and so helpful. Food and breakfast service was first class. The bathrrom was very modern clean and well kept. The carpet was stained and did have a little fusty smell however the overall experience and amenties were good in the room. The tea caddy table did need to be bigger was difficult to make drink on there. ”

“I think the staff tried their best, but was overwhelmed. They were friendly and apologetic, but my breakfast order never arrived and there is little to eat for vegetarians in the restaurant. What is on the menu was drowned in oil. My bath didn't have hot water and everything is quite outdated. It has it's charm but it's not practical at all. Another note: to spare water, the advice is to leave your towels on the rack if you want to use them again. Despite doing so, my towels got replaced anyway...
