We had been traveling for 4 days and this was by far the nicest place we stayed in. The staff are all extremely helpful, especially Caden, the concierge, at the front desk, who gave us good restaurant/ coffee shops recommendations and helped us a lot with directions and parking logistics. The room was beautiful, tasteful decor, very comfortable bed and pillows and two complimentary water bottles awaiting us when we arrived. Nice size small fridge, not filled with drinks like so many places. Gorgeous bathroom with a strong flow of apparently endless hot water. Very large windows with lots of light. This is a renovated historic building on the corner of Baltimore St. which is a historical neighborhood filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and an ice cream parlor. We were able to take a self guided walking architectural tour starting at the entrance to the hotel. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! We really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary parking garage was just one block away, which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was good, and the restaurant and bar were a nice bonus. The foyer was a wonderful place to sit and chat with friends. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower, although the toilet was quite small. For a king room, a comfort-height toilet would have been a nice upgrade. The bedroom itself was also on the smaller side. The hotel's location in the revitalized downtown area was a highlight—it's very walkable and close to attractions. Nice view of historical buildings across the street. Overall, we would recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and service. The listing said it slept 3 but there was no 2nd bed option. Be sure to verify that availability if desired. One more thing - the bed was a bit firm with no box spring.

The place was absolutely brand new when we stayed in summer 2026. Still getting trim put in and some paint work done. We got a suite which had a nicely finished large bathroom. The room had a kitchenette sized sink and a decent fridge but no microwave which felt like it was just not installed yet into the shelving. Compared to the renders, the lighting in the room was brighter and cooler. I think the bulbs in the bedside fixtures should be way dimmer and warmer in temp. The bike storage room is fantastic and it is very well thought out with the ice and filtered water bottle fill right outside it. Looks like there are laundry hookups in the bike room. I didn't ask about laundry on this stay but it seems like one of the things they are working on as they are open for longer. Know before you go- parking. I suggest if you are driving here that you park on Liberty St on the side of the hotel in a loading spot for check in. The garage for the hotel is about a block away. The hotel is located in an extremely pedestrian and bike friendly part of town so we did not need much garage access anyway. The restaurant downstairs was great. Breakfast was fine. We will be back, highly recommend this place!

In the heart of downtown Cumberland. The hotel recently opened with everything renovated and it was all done well. Shopping, dining and just exploring the city is within walking distance.

From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands . The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and professional. This hotel has a central location. The rooms are exceptionally full of character with a warm modernist design. The hotel has a restaurant/ bar and a continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again . Super comfortable, nice and cool air conditioned space , modern lobby and walking distance to everything .

Complimentary Parking garage was only one block away - wonderful. Continental breakfast was good. Restaurant/bar was nice as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was wonderful with great shower except for the small toilet (should have been comfort height for a king room). Ad said city view but we only had view of an interior roof and air conditioner. Bedroom itself was small. Location in a revitalizing downtown was also great and walk-able! We would recommend but make sure the room view actually faces the outside of hotel.

The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.

Within 5 minutes of entering our room we were unable to exit the room due to the door handle not working. Thankfully our brother and sister in law were next door we slid the key under the door to them. We called the fromt desk they said yeah sorry but hotel is full nothing we can do. Then called back said we have a door stop you can just leave it In the door when you are in the room.. um im going to sleep with my door open? Or I close it and cant get out if there is a fite? He said he will call manager... calls back Says yeah nothing we can do? We spend $250.in a room, $500 at bar and restaurant and they didnt even offer anything at all when they admitted they didnt have an onsite maintenance. We just locked ourselves in and gave our key to our in laws to let us out in the morning. Went to check out new person is there we ask about the dooe... they had no idea. .. things come up and happen its how a company handles things that matter. Do better... be thankful for your customers. How you handle the mishaps matters most.
